    My first attempt of this was about a month ago and I was so unfit and only could manage about 1/3 of this workout without stopping half way through the moves... Fast forward a month on and I just completed the whole thing without unnecessary quitting :) I love this workout and has inspired me to go to a kick boxing class in my local area!

      +Joanna Soh this workout has been such a regular in my routine and I'm proud to say, over the course of my weight loss journey I have lost over 3 stone! And I feel so much better for it!       I love Joanna's workouts too this is the first time doing this one though I cant do the jumping and have to do a lot of low impact because my knee dislocates (I'm seeing a specialist) I've only done it once and I wanna take kickboxing classes :) But so far in the past 5 months I've lost 10 kgs... gained 3 lost 3 gained 2 lost 2 but overall im 10kgs lighter than my starting weight! lol I have another 40 to lose but ITS AWESOME!!! AND I LOVE JOANNA

    You do not know how graceful I am to have come across your videos. I'm over weight, and it's harder for me to workout. This is such an easy workout for me. I've been doing this workout for two weeks now, five or six times a week, sometimes twice a day and I already lost around five pounds, with a diet as well. I'm seriously happy with the results I'm getting. My friends have noticed and I couldn't be happier. THANK YOU SOO MUCH! LOTS OF LOVE !

    Well, you tried to kill me.. I had to pause at least 4 times.. I couldn't do the sumo one but I improvised with a weight lift, jog in place move for now. BUT I did it all, in a reasonable time and I feel a bit accomplished! lol I've lost 90 pounds this past year by walking, and changing my eating habits.. I hike and swim and walk miles.. BUT, I have not really gotten into cardio. I'm trying to tighten some lose skin, and wake my muscles up. From a video game junky to an outdoors explorer. One day at a time, soon I plan to do this video without stopping. LOL .. yes.. soon.. Thanks for the video's, I try to mix mash different 30 minute work outs every other day. Yours have been a favored one for beginning and low impact.

    Woooohooo! I finally completed this workout! Sure, I had to pause a few times and breathe but I finally did the whole thing. Usually, I can only do the first set and half of the second, but today I did all of it, including the cool down! Thank you Joanna!

    This is my first youtube comment ever: Joanna you are THE BEST! Today was my first exercise in a decade, I gave birth to my third child 5 months ago and today, because of you, I worked out, only cuase you are a great person, so confident and just trust worthy. Believe me I watched ALL kinds of youtube workout videos, I am not saying they are not good, just the trainers are so pumped up, passive agressive and just made me fill guilty that I have the need to work out. This is why I adore your channel :) Keep up the good work for all of us!

      Those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind, plus it’s all in the mind anyway. I once had a student express that he was upset bc the other kids didn’t like him...my response was - Do you like you? Find your people and Love yourself. Also lol, try not to skip skewl. Learn all that you can while you can and question everything xx don’t allow anyone to convince you that there’s a norm you can’t access, the world is big enough and strange enough to accomodate to your needs and desires

    I love this workout. I lost 38 pounds 5 years ago and have for the most part have kept it off. I have gained 3-8 pounds here and there. I am always looking for a different workout that will challenge me and make me sweat, this workout accomplished that.

    Did this for the first time. Made it to full 30 mins, but had to rest at every last seconds of each moves!
    Entire body got wet and i can't breathe properly... Lol..

    I'm drenched in sweat and I feel good but umm..i didn't do the last workout ( the sumo squat to push up..) it was too hard but i did stay for the stretches and i feel sooo good!

    This is the absolutely perfect video for my fitness level, I worked up a crazy sweat but I had enough energy to make it to the end. Such a great mix, every time a move made me feel like quitting the next one hit a different area so I was able to keep going. Thank you!

    Hi joanna! :) i'm 12 and i know that i'm still young and i shouldn't be working out. But you know, because of all the bullies at school. And i just want to say that thank you so much :) yesterday my first workout (going up and down the stairs) i got 31 inches in my belly and 21 inches in my thighs. Then i saw your video so i tried following it today and now I got a result of 29.3 inches in my belly, and 21.2 inches in my thighs

      Kharla Lim A 12 year old can work out. It's healthy. Just don't lift weights 'cause that's not good for the growth of someone your age.
      I wish you all the best with your journey to a healthier weight.
      Also, you are beautiful so ignore what the bullies say. It's hard to do, but I'm sure you'll be able to do it. I was bullied at your age because of my weight. Let's just say that after becoming more active, I am slimmer than quite a number of those bullies now :)

    I ate so much candy and food today... HAVE TO burn it . MUST BURN IT OFF. I think I ate well over 2500 calories... and im supposed to be getting 1700 :/ will try to burn 1000 today..

    its really strong exercise. Im 19 years old boy and 177 88 kg . I did just 8 minute after that my breathe cut and my eyes closed . but i will try to do 10 min after 15 minute day the day and at the same time im on diet. Do you suggest anything? i need to grow up im little short

    I've been doing this workout for four to five times a week, and it's been quite a long time since . On some days, I do an hour of these! Sweaty yet satisfying! From 163 lbs to 138, I include this in my exercise routine(plus other workouts) with a proper diet and active lifestyle. Thank you for inspiring us!

    Yes it works.. thru this workout I've lost 15pounds in mere 3months. Also I used to eat clean and homemade food and took my dinner by 7. Again I've put on the weight that I have lost.. so following this workout again. It's effective. Thank you Johanna.. I'm so grateful to you for this one.

    Few years ago I came across this video when I was trying really hard to lose weight but nothing helped. I continued this workout for over 3 months and I lost 11kgs! It was a huge deal for someone like me who couldn't lose weight at all n kept building muscles. I had to stop after a while since continuing this for a long time with diet kind of made me a little thinner than I wanted to be. But now I'm back since I'm having the same issue and I gained a few unnecessary inches. It's day 5 for me and I can already FEEL the change! it's keeps me energized for the whole day!

      Manisha Shukla yes definitely! It helped me! From what I think there are types of workouts that don't work on us and the ones that do. This one really helped me lose weight and inches together without making me too bulky

      I have a tendency of putting on weight easily ....though I HV started working out.....i want to lose some 7-8 kgs...that's it....don't want to be skinny at all.....will this help me in losing weight if I do it 5 times a week

    I just completed this workout and burnt 230 calories. I'm 163 cm and 60 kg and not very active. It was a bit hard to complete the workout, and even though I am not overweight I need to lose a few kgs. Good luck, keep going, you can do it!! :)

I figure that sometime in the future I may get to that level, but for now, I do push-ups on the first round and sumo squats on the other round...but it is exceedingly hard for me to do push-ups in general; I have just never had much upper body strength, even when I was really fit in high school. It is my goal to do much better with it in the future; my fiancee is helping me get into weight lifting. :)

    Started today, 29th oct 2019. The stretches were really hard. I realized I am not that flexible. But the exercise was 😘

    When you so side kicks you do not snap out and back you push and feet are straight take my advice I'm a black belt

    Dear Joanna, I'm sixteen and don't have an avenue for getting to a gym. I was trying to workout on my own, but I was unsure if what I was doing was effective/safe. I discovered your videos around August and have been doing several per week. They REALLY help to keep me motivated to eat well and aspire to do more with my body.     Hai Joanna.. I hope u answer me.. I am 25 years old. My weight in Kg is 62, with 153 cm. I do this exercise 4-5 times every week before dinner. How long must do this exersices till i get 56 Kg ???

    Thanks so much Joanna. I'm always looking for good cardio workouts with little impact, I have sciatica that makes it difficult to do anything too jarring. This workout fits perfectly, hardly any impact and really gets the blood pumping. I'll be coming back to this often.You're now on my subscribed list, Thanks again.

    As someone who is on the chubby side, I managed to do 23 minutes and I am quite proud of myself! Absolutely drenched! Definitely the most interesting cardio I've seen to date and I will be back tomorrow for more! Thank you!

    O my ghod! I am dripping in sweat! I came home from 2 h dance class and noticed that you uploaded a video and I was just like "Nah, I'll watch it tomorrow.." cause I was tired but somehow I clicked on your channel and the title said "...... Kickboxing... " I just had to click it. I stood up in front of the computer and decided to "watch" it until I realized that this is a cardio workout. So I had no choice, but to get ready to get my booty kicked! You definitely did it! Great job! I can't wait to feel my muscle sore tomorrow!

    I've been doing this workout for a couple of weeks now, and I have to say, the results are amazing! I didn't notice anything about myself until I kept getting compliments from everyone telling me I look leaner and toner, and thinner too!     Dear Joanna: your videos have helped me not only to look great, but also to feel better about myself. I've been suffering of BED for 3 years and since I watched your "how to stop binge eating for life" video, my diet has changed a lot. I can't say that that I've stopped bingeing, but I have more self control and feel better about the food I eat. Also your workout videos have helped me to tone my body and to get rid of stress.     This was actually really fun! Sweat dripping! In the first round I was like "ah, this is easy!" But in the second round my heartrate went crazy and I really start sweating, but I feel really great though :)

    OH MY GOD!! I'm huffing and puffing and drenched in sweat. I'm so out of shape and ridiculously over weight. I had done thirty minutes on the treadmill before this workout so my legs are like jello! I loved it! Hopeful by the end of this month I'll be able to fly through this workout! Tons of love going your way!!
