    It's a really nice dumbbell set, but it cost way to much. th-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 I guess that's just how things are now days. 😕 other than being way over priced they are a wonderful weight set. My only one complaint is they are kinda bulky although at just over 55 lbs I can see why. Very user friendly and I've had no real issues. After one year if anything happens I will re-review.

      For beginners, you can just grab a 5lb and a 10lb (or whatever your strength allows) from like a 5 Below or Walmart. Home workouts are so you can avoid paying crazy high fees. Best of luck! 🌟

    I have been doing this workout consistently for over three weeks on Mon,Wed, and fri. In addition to this, I get on the treadmill for at least 25 mins as well as eating a calorie deficit, most days. :) I've heard that you don't know if the workout is working unless you stick with the same workout for at least 4-6weeks so you can do progressive overload ( going up in the weights) All that being said I've always carried weight on my arms (some mean curse lol) I"ve NEVER seen results like these. I actually see my arms have lost inches all around plus when I flex for the first time in my life I can see muscle moving and this is SUCH great motivation to keep going. I plan to switch up to a new routine that focuses more on triceps now!

      Hi! Thank you so much for your detailed and honest review of this workout. As there are lots of videos on TH-cam for same cause, it becomes a little difficult to choose one. With a detailed review like yours it becomes easier to select one. And also thank you for sharing tha fact that to see wait for 4-6 weeks to see if that workout is effective or not. As earlier I used to and wished to see result in one week only😅. But this time keeping your words in mind I won't give up in a week.     I always go to the gym and never have any idea of what to do or where to start.
    So I tried a new routine today.
    Treadmill using an app from the gym I go to (15 min + cool down)
    Abs with only body weight (used a TH-cam video)
    Stationary Bike (15 min)
    Arms with weights (THIS TH-cam Video - and exactly what I needed
    Row Machine - 1000 Meters
    Legs - Machines
    I feel a bit sore but mostly in my arms.
    I'm looking to stick to this routine for a month but rotating with what part I work on with body weight, weights, and machines.
    Not sure if you have any ab videos or leg videos that incorporate weights, but I'm definitely going to be searching.
    I'm feeling really good.

      see there is no secret diet, all u have to do is to avoid junk foods like sweets, surgery drinks, oily foods, fried foods, rice and etc. And walking for atleast 30 -45 mins at morning on an empty stomach. and take for every meal 50 grams[carbohydrates} of brown wheat bread or chapati. also between every meal eat any fruit that is less in sugar or healthy juices .compulsory in lunch and dinner u must take a full bowl of green salad..
      And thats it.. Patience is the key of SUCCESS...

    omg, I did it last week and my arms was burning after 2 rounds and I literally fell backwards on the plank twist with the dumbbells 😅😂, need to do without them 😅I got scared of this workout but I’ll try again tmr until I can finished all 3 rounds 💪💪💪

    I have one confusion please someone help me. Actually i have flabby arms , i just have one confusion do all this exercise only burn all the fat or they will build muscle too? Because my only aim is to burn my fat. I am using 2.5 kgs weight

      It should do both but using weights will help burn the fat and shape your arms nicely. and if your weights don’t feel heavy anymore then get a 3kg or 4kg..

    Omg I did 3 rounds of arm workout the first time and shoulders are burning!
    I did modify the plank workout on my knees. Thanks so much for the warm up and cool down!

      It's never easy for women to tone up on our arms. We tend to carry more body fat there. But with consistent strength training, especially these exercises, you will see and feel the difference overtime. 💪💪

      Anne I have the same issue. It has reduced thanks to weight training and weight loss. But they still are quite huge haha. I take after my grandma. She was freakishly strong during her youthful days though :P

      Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soup cans (300 gram) as weights but could not last even 1 set (the round the world killed me) when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover. My MIL did the full 3 sets using 5 kgs dumbbells! Her biceps are thick and powerful! I feel really low and defeated. 😔

    HI great workout. i am 73 and have been working out for a long time. Love this arm workout because it is simple and targets all areas.
    Just need a modification for the plank one since that is a bit of a stretch for me.

      Hi! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soup cans (300 gram) as weights but could not last even 1 set (the round the world killed me) when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover. My MIL did the full 3 sets using 5 kgs dumbbells! Her biceps are thick and powerful! I feel really low and defeated. 😔
