The kickboxing stuff always pulls me out of my comfort zone. In the beginning of my journey would have deterred me from even attempting it, but as I have grown through my journey I have learned that nothing grows in your comfort zones! So if you seem intimidated from something you aren't use to instead of turning away face it head on. The mental growth you gain from it is priceless!
I friggin loved this workout! A couple of times I felt a little uncoordinated but I CRUSHED IT! What is my best characteristic? My STRENGTH! Not just my physical strength bc Im working on that with Sydney, but my mental, emotional and spiritual strength. It guides me everyday. 💪🏻🙏🏻🧘🏻♀️☯️🕉

My greatest characteristic is being selfless. I'm Always there for others when they need someone to talk to, a little motivation, advice etc. But these workouts finally allow me to put myself first, and they work as a sort of mini escape from all of life's stressors. I thank you for that!!
After 5 minutes, I was already sweating & red in the face, but I pushed through to the end! One of your hardest workouts yet, and I've done countless of your 40 minute HIIT workouts! This is why I love Sydney.

Wow! Thank you so much Sydney. I've been sick with intestinal virus, food poisoning and some personal family issues which have put me into a funk. Taking a break from your workouts has taken a toll on my mind. You always inspire me and make me feel like you know me personally with your kind words of encouragment.I've got a lot of catching up to do and only crushed this workout 50 percent. At least I did that much. My best characteristic is always trying to see a positive experience with anything negative that may happen, I've a great deal of patience, determination, & strength and try to smile and be thankful daily for everything I have. I added this to a 45 min conditioning workout and WOW!!! Sweat was dripping off me all over my mat! Kept my heart rate up! I added some shuffle with knee jumps, LOVED it!

My God this was memorable! This Sunday i wasn't feeling like only doing some stretching, and I wanted to do some quick and really good cardio, so I came back to this one which I remembered from last month, and I definitely didn't regret this! I'm probably going to come back to this very often!!

That was so much fun! I'd never done kickboxing before. Loved this workout, was incredibly sweaty at the end of it and it it was great! This channel is great accountability to try to keep up exercising whilst indoors, I was getting lethargic an hour ago and now feel full of energy.
Great workout Sydney, I loved the incorporation of kickboxing and cardio moves especially the burpee and kicks. It really was a good day after workout for 40 minute strength and conditioning workout of yours that i did yesterday.
