Walking is the hardest 🥶
It takes years to master it properly 🥶
True bro😂😂
Planche atleast need 2 years to achieve (even though you already workout before)
@@Soldier1876it takes 3 months to archieve it wdym???
@@Aron2k7 We are not the same....
@@Soldier1876 fr you too weak for planche
One arm muscle ups joins the lobby
Not so hard. Many are harder.
I was gonna say that
@@ltroy_swyeah sure buddy, one arm muscle up is like final level category stuff
@@Ptc_Alfo_788 One arm dip is hard, but I the pull part is roughly 3-5 one arm pull ups, so it isn't much harder than one arm pull ups. The dips are rough, again.
@@ltroy_sw i think you don't know the difference between a one arm pull up and a one arm MUSCLE UP
"if you never practiced for it, you're never gonna get it"
Thanks for the valuable insight
He means there are a lot of moves in calisthenics that some fit person can actually oneshot without any special training cause it's not that hard... but no way anyone can do this one randomly.
Actually you can do the human flag without practice if you have both a good pushing and pulling strenght
@@godsuyatheonii-sama3773 yah thats why im learning planche and front lever first becuase by the time i can straddle planche and full front lever i should have enough strength for the human flag
@@Tythenix Definitely. I have solid front but nowhere near stradlle planche and still can do the flag without practising it. I just did 1 attempt like every 3-4 months.
Here is my calisthenics skills from beginner to advanced.
1. L-Sit
2. Handstand
3. Muscle ups
4. Human Flag
5. Front lever
6. Planche
💀🔥@clircz3735
Where are back lever, front lever pul up, one arm back lever, hefesto, victorian, entrada, back lever pull up, front lever touch, straight arm touch front lever, prayer planche, dead planche, victorian cross, reverse planche and more?
@clircz3735iron cross is easier than one arm front lever/ planche and maltese
@clircz3735one arm planche is the ultimate in difficulty
Reversed planche: Let the kids play
One arm hefesto 🗿
Isn't the reverse planche the victorian?
Vic is just a inverted maltese. Planche has more height@@gershwincleophas5449
Maltese
Guys he said hardest skills but Achievable! reverse planche I've seen only one do it, Maltese is super hard even if you have full planche and not everyone can withstand the pressure if Maltese!
Planche is my ultimate fitness goal. Got the tuck planche down and slowly progressing by moving my legs further out 😅
full planche is a fairly light element, I can now hold it on 10 fingers for 6-7 seconds. I started training him in December 2023
@@bcjcvk Fairly light?!?!! dude maybe like 1% of the world can do a full planche 🤣🤣. I am finally able to do it but i can hold it for max 3 seconds but it took me a long time to get there
@@piepie2965 every second workout athlete can do it
Human flag is definitely easier than front lever or slow mu or 90 degre hs push up
I can actually do the front lever but the human flag really harder for me since I never trained that
@@kalys-hn1gx same here harder to find the position though
human flag is mostly technique
You need a proper ladder grip
@@YEN_calisthenics 40 degrees is most optimal
These are my 3 goals 🎯
First one is close already, and Human Flag I can do sometimes, for very few seconds. Planche is sadly far to achieve, but still on the way for it 💪🏼❤️🔥
Unfortunately I can do none of them lol
I can recommend you a very good ab workout! M8ght help with plank and the human flag.
You need hip flexor strength and flexibility aswell, for the human flag I mean
Tbh planche is completely learnable and is the only one of those I can do
I can do a planche without any practice but I am a sporty guy
On the way to OAP love from India ❤❤bro
Defies laws of physics in every sense😂😂... Dude that hurts my ear to hear that
Seriously. I heard that and just instantly cringed
I just do weighted pull ups for one arm pull up, as long as you can do a pull up with 100% of your body weight or more, you'll be able To do one arm pull ups without much struggle
Yeah I saw a guy do 3 one arm pull-ups on his first ever go because he could do maybe 80% of his body weight in weighted pull-ups
That's not how it works training weighted pull ups doesn't give you one arm pull up
Training negatives does
@@bharatmatakayoda well it works for me, I can pull 100% of my BW, and I can do 5 one arm pull ups on the first go without even training on it.
Bro's got God level strenght💪
bros also got a whole bakery💀
victorian cross, van gelder, 1 arm muscle up, 1 arm front lever pullup, 2 finger planche, human flag muscle ups, pelican, straight arm muscle up and 1 finger 1 arm pullups joined da chat
A lot of pro ring gymnastics excersizes in there bro….even elite gymnast om rings don’t do a victorian cross.
One arm pull-up? My goal is a one finger pull-up.
🤣
2 fingers planche pushup joins the lobby
Handstand push ups on rings joins the lobby
Ever though they are pretty difficult some people take it to the next level
I got 2 out of the 3 the planche is still a work in progress
my first goal is planche and second one arm pullup
Planche is on another level
Bro, I tried to learn planche first at my begin because I thought it was the easy one 💀
fr
why did i hear "3 hottest girls"
Well I am on my way to learning a handstand first of all 😂😄
Butterfly joining the lobby 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Nakayama,cti,victorian cross,caruso,zanetti,reverse planche
,Iron cross,pineda
I have been able to do a human flag before I started my calisthenics journey
Victorian, zanetti , caruso, planche push ups, front lever touch, hefesto, straight arms touch, one arm planche, iron cross, nakayama, pineda, maltese, one arm front lever, reverse muscle up, elevator hspu, planche press, butterfly, pelican, reverse planche, one arm muscle up, inverted cross have left the chat.
exactly, bro called human flag a top 3 hardest skill 💀
You forget:
Victorian cross, maltese, iron cross, one arm frontlever, one arm planche, perfect clean one arm push-up an elite calisthenics skill, planche push-ups, front lever pull-ups, ...
Nakayama,cti,victorian cross,caruso,zanetti,reverse planche
,Iron cross,pineda,maltese,
Nakayama,victorian cross,reverse planche,cti,caruso,zanetti,van gelder,
As someone who has been doing calisthenics for 6 years now, the hardest skill you probably never heard is the one arm dip 😅
You're amazing ❤
Le Maltese,Victorian : am a joke to you
Maltese press...
One arm front lever pull up....
One arm muscle up...
I can't do a single normal pullup😅
See how your blowing up? I remember when I was the only one in your comments.
one arm front lever muscle up has joined the chat
What u mean front lever muscle up? Is that a thing? If not, good joke bro XD
@@Juu-yt it's not joke th-cam.com/video/mkLHfX6tzK4/w-d-xo.html
What about
-Maltese
-one arm muscleup
-one arm front lever
Bro, the iron cross, reverse planche, and butterfly are much harder
Victorian, Maltese, Planche
Pinky finger strict one arm pull up, pinky finger perfect human flag, and pinky planche..
Another name for the one arm pull up is shanks pull up
Whats funny is back in 7th grade I had this friend. She was the average girl, she was in track, she did jumping events, around 5’2, yet out of everyone including the 8th grade guys, she was able to do a PROPER one armed pull-up, only one but still. No one understood why
I'm 17 years old and now I can do planche by spreading my legs but in some days I will do it perfectly 🇮🇳
So so sooo good. I'm work in it😁
Human flag isn't that hard, but for planche and one arm pull up I agree, and one arm muscle up too
Planche variations - front lever variations - one arm handstand - iron cross - one arm pullups imo are to me the hardest skills to learn. Passed that point where those are mastered, it's only a matter of patience to learn a whole bunch of other harder skills.
i actually did the planche ( no belly support ) before learning L-sit
2 of them unlocked aleeady 😎
maltese: am i a joke to u?
I said achievable… (nah I’m joking 😂)
Gymnastics: 🙂
Easy: pushup
Medium: muscle up
Hard: planche
Impossible: single leg nordic curl 💀
One arm restricted muscle up next
I was thinking more like single arm planche, Reverse planche, and Dragon press...
Man used a belt during a pull
Mari Rio's: "this bonehead bodybuilder"
😂😂 shit, i use a belt too
On the way to achieve planche ❤ indian
Browney laughing in the corner with
Flag is really easy to learn it’s one of the basic skills
Planche and OAP are on different level than human flag.
It's difficult, not impossible 🗿
90° Pushup Joins the chat 💀💀💀
A grade level difficulty skill.
90° pushup and one arm muscle up left the chat
One arm pull up is easy asf. The other 2 are just on another league especially the planche. Requires very strong delts and arms
My main target is planch and also train for handstand
1. Iron cross
2. Maltese
You rock mate ❤
Without the captions I thought it said hottest skills
one arm muscle ups, one arm planche hold/press/push ups, reverse planche and many more are extremely harder
Hardest of all: Hitting legs
Surprised OAP made the list, I learned it within 8 months of starting at a gym, and I only trained weighted pull ups and 1 arm pull ups for 5 months, got it about 3 weeks after getting the one arm chin up. Nowhere near as hard as planche
One arm muscle up, fingertip planche, literally hefesto or fking v hold but flag is just so easy
Human flag on this ladder type of bar is much easier than front lever and nowhere near as hard as the planche.
I need around 2 months or more to achieve the front lever while I have been able to do the human flag for 6+ months
So it's quite easy
Now we need to see a 1 arm planche
One arm pull up is so easy for arm wrestlers
Dragon flag, I'm here you know
What about OA planche pushups, reverse planche, and OA front lever pull ups
I used to do flag perfectly when I was so small
the first 2 done the last one meeeah
U forgot the handstand push up
not 3 hardest ones but definetly hard
I could easily do human flag at 12 years
I can do 1 arm pull-up by attaching my left onto my right, so I guess I can do 1.5 arm pull-ups 🤷♂️
I think the planch for starters should be pushing off a wall with your arms straight
At your sides
I love you bro
Love u too man! ❤
What about Victorian cross, iron cross, manna, 1 arm handstand, 1 arm front lever, 1 arm planche, and touch front lever.
@Harshiiitt still part of calisthenics
things that are definitely achievable
Exactly my thoughts, also entrada de angel and hefesto
One arm pull up is the hardest 😂
The sideways planche pushup on a bar 💀
I think the hardest Calisthenic skill is muscle up with 1 hand
No ino it's freestanding one arm handstand pushup
Because no one has ever even negative version of it
front lever pull ups
Front lever? Muscle up? Planche push ups? Front lever pull ups? I’ve even seen some people front lever with one arm?
Planche achieved 💨
For anyone practicing human flags, be careful doing them on straight poles. I got really good at them on my right, but when i went to practice on my left one day, i tore my labrum.
Straight pole puts your shoulder in a compromised position. Stay safe, train smart
Only planche is difficult... All others are easy
"You will never get it!"
Someone who did weighted handstand clap hand push up:
I cant even do a frog stand i dont know where to start in calisthenics and i want to learn the skills but i have no strength please can someone explain how i can get started for real in calisthenics ?
Start with pull up push up dips l-sit toes to bar. After you master them start weighted pull ups push ups and dips. Once you are strong with them you could start planche training and front lever training. I did that now I unlock the front lever almost the human flag and the advanced tuck planche. Hope it will help you.
@@kalys-hn1gx Thank you i will try this
@@savitar8995 Have a good day and tell me if you remember me if it worked 👍
Try doing basic exercises to build strength then work on balance to try those skills but you definitely need to watch "how to do" videos about it
@@arthurcallahanfentonmorgan Thank you
U missed: 1 arm muscle up, back lever and a hand stand push up?
Some of the things on rings are much harder than these...such as a Maltese or whatever a flat body front lever is called
What about reverse planche, one arm muscle up, victorian on rings?
_“defies the laws of physics”_
Said by someone who never really studied physics
No.The hardest is Inverted cross and its variations.
