    yall underestimated planche and the maltese like HELL. planche on the rings is C and maltese is D.
    on the floor they drop a grade meaning floor planche is B.
    iron cross is B as well, the amount of power to hold a cross is way smaller than to hold a planche, just look at everybody doing assisted cross holds and flies. cross is so hard because it stresses the joints A LOT, but none the less it should still be tied with planche at god tier.
    maltese is absolutly number 1 hardest skill of all should be top of the god tier, its a whole new level, tons of power combined with joints durabilty.
    there is a reason its called maltese cross because its two movement combined together.

    • @mwkibomiazawa1003
      @mwkibomiazawa1003 ปีที่แล้ว

      That's true that most of the hardest pushing skills are including the maltese, like Carmona, Zanetti, Van Gelder, maltese 2 fingers... maltese is harder than Iron cross but safer in a way, it is quite weird.

    • @romeylon4204
      @romeylon4204 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@mwkibomiazawa1003 yea obviously its not the hardest pushing skill. but its the hardest that doesnt involve a combo.
      i dont know if its safer since you open your bicep to a greater possibilty of injury, joint wise i think they are about the same, perhaps cross more demanding

Chris Heria's workouts and guides are super effective, I'm progressing with 1 year calisthenics and counting, I even had a bad scoliosis, it was all cured with wearing a brace and the next part which is Chris Heria's calisthenics workout. Do not feel bad if you are on begginer calisthenics level. Most people can not do single normal pull up. Outside of calisthenics world if you can do 10 normal pull ups you are consider by most as advanced athlete. There is still room for being better, just remeber even this exercises on "begginer" level deserves respect and you should be proud if you can do them, or even when you working on yourself to master them. I am not native but I hope you understand. Just keep working on yourself regardless your current level. Enjoy the journey.

    Im ok with everything except for the Straddle Planche, the time and effort that I put on The planche to achieve it is almost the same as the Front Lever, One Arm Pull Up, etc.
    Not even close to the Pistol Squat, Back Lever, Human Flag, or the Dragon Flag, that they came alone

    Hi guys, thank you for your job. I honestly think that you are underestimating a lot of skills that you put into intermediate just because you are godlike and forgot how hard are them to master x) Cheers

    Exellent video.I would switch Hspu and straddle planche positions. I think training to straddle mostly covers Hspu as well.

    I'm gonna need a breakdown vid on how the high pull ups are considered harder than one arm lol especially the L Sit being so low. I can do high pull ups but can't 1 arm pull up lol. I gotta be disproportionate or something lol
