Thanks for the video. The Command + S never worked. Typed it carefully several times. Plus, on the video, after trying in commands you sometimes say hit Return, other times you don't. Confusing. And sure could do without the awful background music.

By that do you mean enter the passwd username command twice?

bailzer01 If the command works, you just enter the new password you're assigning to the account twice. Once to change, once to confirm.

TheTechies World First when i mounted the device it said HFS: Removed 2 orphaned unlinked files. Then when i did the password command it says ddcl{5} *** Uncaught Ds exception: (eServerSendError) . Something is definitely wrong. I found this computer in a computer recycling place.

bailzer01 You may have to try doing a complete reload of OS X.

Thats what i figured i don't have any disks. I will have to wait since i don't have the money at the moment to buy any disks. Thanks for the help
