    I like a flow that wakes me up in the morning and gets my muscles warmed and my mind excited for the day. This flow was PERFECT! Face paced but basic poses so you can really flow.THANK YOU ERIN!

    With the dread of going into busy season and no sleep and no time for the things I enjoy, there is no reason I can't fit this practice in. It may be what saves me this tax season! It is the perfect combination of doing something good for my mind, body and soul. Thank you!

    Erin, this is my favorite short class! When I'm pressed for time or coming back from a run and don't have the energy or attention for a full class (I adore the 45 min creative mandala flow class--check it out!!) this is absolutely perfect. Thank you so much!

    Oh, Erin! I used to do this practice on a regular basis when I was starting my yoga journey. I'm now a yoga teacher and I've just revisited it for the first time in a few years. And it is every bit as good as I remember! This 15-minute class is perfect for when I'm feeling a little too 'yang' and have some extra energy to burn in a short space of time. Thank you for inspiring me to deepen my practice all those years ago. Namaste x

    I love this quickie, so good when I have little time, really feel like I did some work. thank you. Oh and I saw that little bug get you this time. I was cheating during rest doing some more strength exercises and caught it. It made me giggle. what was it a bee? ouch. Again thank you for your classes.

    Great idea to post a shorter class - I love your 30-min videos for my lunch breaks when I can find an empty meeting room, this one could even be done in the morning before work.

    Erin, i am an equestrin who also has a muscle disease i shouldnt be able to ride my legs are weak have you ever posted on a trotting horse? i love your hip release and i have been looking for a strengthing yoga flow to help my how do you spell thies?? hhahaha i cant spell thy s
