Your standing yoga practices are helping me so much. I had an accident and broke both arms and two fingers (surgery and pins for my hands). I finally have no casts and I am having therapy. I have been doing yoga for several years, and felt ready to start again when I was cast free. Even though I can't get down and put pressure on my hands yet, I can do the standing poses! I also just returned to my in-person yoga class for the first time this week. I'm getting my life back. Thanks!

I am watching my grandfather who is in the hospital and it has been a difficult time. I wanted to do yoga to distress but definitely didn’t want to touch the hospital floor, I thought maybe there is series on TH-cam where I don’t have to touch the floor. Sure enough you thought of it! Thanks!
Thank you Uliana. I am 41 years old and started my fitness journey about three years ago. Totally inflexible and very lazy. However, the standing yoga poses have helped me so much. Not only can I break my day to do them, but I can just be in the kitchen waiting for things to cook and I get to it. I appreciate this because it helps me to tick my exercise and flexibility notes almost daily... I need it not to give up. And I want to appreciate you for it. I travel a lot for work and can't always take a yoga mat with me. Today when I was walking it occurred to me that there must be something online for doing yoga without a mat so I came back to the hotel and searched. I'm so happy I found you! After walking several miles yesterday and today, I really needed this! Thank you!

Iliana, your standing yoga sessions are exactly what I needed right now as I am staying at a hotel where the carpet is kinda gross 🤢. I need to do my daily yoga but want to avoid getting too close to the carpet with my face 😝. Anyway, other standing yoga sessions are not as complete as yours and your combined gentle guidance and voice add to the complete experience setting me up for a more manageable day. Thank you!!

Thank you for this. It was needed. I hurt my knee when I fell at the park. Getting on all 4s is painful so I thought I couldn't do yoga for a while. Then I wondered if there are any yoga videos where you stand the whole time and here we are.
I didn't feel like practicing at all today and don't even want to roll my mat so I searched for a standing yoga and now I'm so grateful for finding you this flow was fun and gentle and your voice and the music made it even better thank you so much ❤️
