As stated: although quick, it strengthened my core and picked me up.Yet again, Erin's flow takes me from stressed and physically uncomfortable after a day's work to relaxed and positive thinking.
Fabulous ab focus with bits of flow sprinkled throughout . I tweaked my shoulder four days ago, so yoga without 700 chadas was a necessary change to accommodate my injury.
I've been upping my game in all my workout classes, and this satisfied every need. It's so easy to let the core strength fade. Fantastic class, fantastic wake up call! Thank you.

Improvement from my elbow injury, I can full on side plank and for the other exercises in side plank had to put other knee or foot down but was still able to do exercises. Yay! Bike crash was in August. I had a hard time doing the last set of Lotus because I can't full Lotus. I just held onto knees and pulled them into me. Balance was better today than it's been in awhile. Love your practice! Hoping to make one of your retreats one of these days.
I don’t like traditional core exercises such as crunches etc but I find your practices are a great and enjoyable way to get core work in. This was a challenging but really fun practice to start my day. 🙏🏻
Hello Erin! Today is my rest day and just did this class at 5:15am! It was so much fun! Loved the flows and holds so much! It is still a challenge for me to do the half moon pose without bobbling and I still need to bend the stationary leg a little. But I am trying to improve. Thank you so so much for this wonderful class! Whole body feels so good to start the day! Have a wonderful day! :-)

Really enjoyed it, I feel so much better after yoga . I have been doing your workouts for only a week, and not even every single day, but I noticed more flexibility during the downward dog today already ! And my back used to hurt more , I have scoliosis , now it still hurts but noticeably less . Looking forward to completely correcting my posture with these workouts, thank you so much! Namaste :)

I also love her class called 'Yoga for strength and tone' (th-cam.com/video/bA4QKdDxY5g/w-d-xo.html) - also challenging and focused on those areas plus some great core work, too. Honestly I love all of Erin's classes but these two are my go-tos when I'm feeling my legs and butt need a workout! :)
