It doesn't have ventilated/heated seats because it's recaro racing seats. everything seat wise is manual.
Plus Recaro seats save 36 pounds between the 2 seats compared to the seats that are heated and cooled. If you watched the S650 reveal back in the Fall of 2022 they stated that the Recaro seats were coming equipped with heated/cooled capabilities. However the car was becoming way too heavy so they ditched those seats to save 36 pounds.

The reason you don’t have heated seats it’s because you have Recaro seats my friend. Recaro seats are not heated or cooled.
The STIs had heated and cooled Recaro seats and they started at 40k

You can’t get heated seats with the optional Recaro bucket seats.
The only thing I can think of as to why someone would get the DH instead of the GT is strictly for resale value. The GTs will be a dime a dozen in a few years and if you have a specialty model like the DH or the previous gen’s Mach1 it depreciates way less than just a regular production model. But I mean it’s 70K so might still be too much 🤷🏻♂️
Also if you just want your car stock.
exactly why I ordered a DH here in Europe, even though my 2015 GT still had a good resale value of 29k (for 45k miles). I weant for the DH as it is more likely to hold its value better, especially with stronger emission regulations here.

The reason is tremac 6 speed. The only reason. It’s the only mustang with it and will be a special item someday

Sad you didnt get one with a manual. Get a red dark horse manual if you can some time. That is the spec I would want. The manual transmission in the Dark Horse is superior to the one in the GT, honestly I wish they did not offer the auto in the Dark Horse. The manual Dark Horses will hold their value better sadly when I want to get a used one in 10-20 years.
4:28 I'm 6 foot with long legs and I'm fine in my 2020 mustang... Though I'm used to much smaller cars like a 200X tundra back seats, 2009 CR-V, 2021 RAV4 and jyes even a 2003 Suberban... Like you can back the front seats of a mustang all the way and have rolls roche levels of leg room or have the front seats much closes similar to those other vehicles and still have as much room as a suberban.

I’d get the lc500 over the dark horse automatic but not over the manual or if it still exists, the Shelby gt500.

The Pirellis keep it GLUED to the road. They don't even squeal. Watch Throttle House where the Dark Horse outperforms the Mach 1 on their track. Please stay informed.

Handling Package
Styling wise this is a huge downgrade compared to a gt350 or even a mach1. Hard pill to swallow
This car needs to go on a diet and get to 3400lbs. That would fix the handling so it doesn’t feel like a Mazda SUV

It is obvious that you didn’t do enough homework on this car before you accomplished this biased review!!! You barely touched on the significance of the upgraded engine; components that are not even in the GT-350. This is a performance sports car and you compared it to a luxury Lexus LC500. Night and day difference between the cars. The LC 500 will be broken in a few areas after 10 laps at 9/10th of power racing the car. Save your comments for manual verses auto tranny. Try commuting in Washington DC where the walkers pass you by in stop and go traffic twice per day. I am betting that you are younger than 45 years old. Many reasons to get the automatic when one is older. Do you understand the history of the Mustang regarding the ability to customize the interior lighting? Have you ever owned a Mustang? There is zero weight savings in having or not having the heated steering wheel as opposed to saving 36 pounds on the Recaro seats w/o heated/cooled seats. Do you understand why Ford built the Mach E Mustang? CAFE laws allowed building the V8 engine that doesn’t meet CAFE requirements due to the offset by offering the Mach E Mustang. That’s why Ford is still offering the V8 unlike GM & Dodge. The Mach E saved the V8. Try building cars with the Government on your back!!! The fix to the seat belt is to remount the plastic guide upside down and then it will hold the seat belt. The most enhanced MOD on a Mustang over its history is the exhaust. The majority owners replace the suitcase resonator with a $300 dollar H-pipe or X-pipe. It was very difficult to listen to your review. More background information/homework required to properly review the Dark Horse. You should have read up on the automatic 10R80. A combined design by FORD & GM for track use. You left out the coolers that allow you to drive the DH all day in hot weather on the track. Something that my Corvettes have difficulty doing. Screw Lexus, it does last at all if you drive it hard like us Mustang owners drive our GT cars, etc.
You should buy two cars! Get this in a six speed manual and get a Miata six speed manual and that way you can learn on the Miata and then when you’re ready, you can start driving the dark horse! Problem solved!😂
Mustang is not more difficult to drive. It is actually easier because revmatch on manual. Just need to learn to control right foot lol 😊

This thing is faster than the M4 on VIR last I checked. Also if I’m not mistaken the slower Camaro 1le also runs circles around the m2 🤷🏾♂️
