After studying for hours, this was an excellent, opening practice! I liked the gradual build-up to more demanding poses; it helped me really tap into the tight places.

This is exactly what I needed! Working from home during quarantine has me cooped up at my kitchen table all day. This felt awesome after a full day on my laptop!

Beautiful I loved killing the stagnant energy I didn't know how to get rid of until this workout. Also it might be 'cos I'm super weak at the moment but loved how you incorporated strength in a gentle way without making me sweat or waking me up during a relaxing evening workout. There's not enough evening strength yoga on YT!

  • @georgiasekulla513

Okay sequence... but nothing was really done to prepare the body properly to do all of the standing balancing postures at the end. Also it was taught way to fast to really feel or enjoy each posture or your breathe in them. I had to keep pausing the video and really that's not what you want to do while your trying to do a class.

  • @marianagoulart196

Way too fast, you can't even breath deep enough. Usually when I want to take an extra breath or stretch a bit more in a pose, I manage to catch up with the teacher, but this is impossible. I got irritaded while doing this and had to stop at 11:36

  • @gibletsmith8403

The instructions and shifting from pose to pose was too rapid. Nice sequence otherwise but taking time to experience the sensation btw poses is a crucial part of yoga and this class is isn’t allowed for that
