for the gluten free all-purpose flour, I love doing pamela's, king arthur or bob's red mill 1 to 1 flour. All have similar ingredients. I usually go half all purpose flour and half almond flour for more nutrients.

Have to agree, canned beans can be so frustrating to use and must admit that there is nothing like using dried beans! Best thing to do is plan in advance when having to make them

I've been craving cottage cheese this year so I can't wait to mush up some fruit in it like you did. :) I want to try your banana bread and the gigante bean salad too. OH I made your Za'atar chicken without sesame and it was DELICIOUS.
Although canned beans are convenient, dried beans are the way to go in terms of flavor, texture, versatility, and storage despite taking a long time to prepare. Most good things take time. Love those berries and the glimpse of your try-on
