Hey Caroline , I gotta say , I know you said you’re a perfectionist , but even when your recipes don’t come out exactly as you’d like , you’re transparent with it and I appreciate that ! I’m not exactly looking for ‘perfect’ anyway , just yummy ideas or recipes to follow and just love watching your videos in general . I also think you do so well at explaining not only what you are doing , but why you are doing it and providing info on the ingredients itself which teaches me the ‘why/how’ of it all and I love that ! PS-when you said ‘I have a lot of zestful family members ‘ that warmed my heart 💜

The first recipe. I made the gluten free one and I patted the dough out on a parchment lined baking sheet (9x13) and baked it for 20 minutes, then cut into bread "slices" and it turned out great for open-face sandwiches.

I absolutely love your videos and recipes! These all look great. You said orange blossom water is one of your favorite ingredients. What else do you like to use it for? If I buy a bottle I'd love to put it to good use in other things!

Think of it as vanilla extract so add a tiny splash to any baked goods, desserts, oatmeal or in cocktails, your water, in lemonade, with fruit! Anything you want to add just a hint of floral goodness!! 🍊 🌸

Sumac is an amazing spice thats slightly tart, citrusy, floral and sweet all at the same time so its amazing as a dry rub to season meat or fish! It's great on eggs or sprinkled on feta or roasted potatoes! Thank you so much for taking a recommendation Flemania!!!! 💕😊
I actually got them from a yogurt company that doesn't sell them in those jars anymore😭amazon has a lot of cute options for little breakfast jars though!
