This video was a lifesaver! Well, more of a back saver, but still, I was able to get it up and running again for just the cost of the part in about 15 minutes.
BTW, I have the 2410 model, but everything on my model is similar to yours for this repair.

My gear shift cable broke on my Troy 26" up at the connection at the top. Thats what I must fix.

Thank you. Do you know how to adjust the Chute swing cable? My trigger doesn't return to the normal position and the Chute swing on its own while throwing snow.
