You could totally do this with filament swaps, no AMS required.

Gonna try this tonight! My print is 5 colors, but it changes, red black red. Gonna see if i can get a spot to potentially switch 2 separate times

Watching this episode I decided to print one of the models and I ended up with a Spongebob. In 7 colors using only one AMS and a few free hours :)

so basically with this method the A1 can use 5 colors instead just 4 colors because A1 is multi colored but just 4 colors can use

Well for some reason my layer 26 pause when resumed to back the black off didnt take SMH ive done this b4 i know i did it right just when resumed to back the black out it never did it just started printing again now what should i do
