I love these!! So so cute! The jellyfish is my favorite. Years ago my granddaughter was learning how to stay in the lines when she colored and learning numbers. I had found coloring books at the Dollar General that were pixelated just like your patterns. I kept the books because I thought they might come in handy someday. I had always thought that it might be able to make a quilt. So glad I kept them!!
You make sewing little squares together look so eazy! I would only try this with the 10 sisters grid system!! I'm still not sure if I could get the seams to line up properly! I love the turtle the best, but all of them are adorable! Thank you for sharing this & all your gorgeous quilts. ❤
This is just the cutest EVER! Thanks so much for sharing and for showing some unconventional methods for quick and easy joining of those long rows of tiny blocks. My favorite thing is that you emphasize that the seam doesn't have to be anything BUT consistent - too many speak to only ONE way of doing things and that stifles creativity and engagement.
Love your no nonsense approach and your not needing approval to do it Your Way... because you want to do it your way! Love it! This reminds me of your Pixel Reindeer video that you did at Christmas...which is definately on my Do List!
Good afternoon flower, I LOVE Toby Turtle, he is so beautiful done in the colours you have, against the sea. Sorry Oscar the Orca, you are lovely to,, as well as Jenny Jellyfish in her beautiful colours. THank you to your wonderful friend and his creativity in colouring Toby, Oscar and Jenny, they worked out stunningly. Making them a tiny bit bigger, would that make them baby cot bed size? It would definitely make them originals. THank you flower for sharing your wonderful creations with us, sending crafty hugs from Norah, Glenochil, Scotland
I show and tell all about it in this video: th-cam.com/video/c-JES6cVTR4/w-d-xo.html It's at about two minutes and eleven seconds if you only want to watch that part.
Pixel art always looks best smaller. But on our patterns, I did add the information for how big the quilts will be if you use 2.5 inch squares instead of 2 inch squares.
Great to see the final product! It was a fun challenge to make those pixel art pieces, thanks for having me! :D
Thank you too!
I love how you talk about how your brain works and giving other suggestions- I do that too!
Thank you for watching.

Love doing pixel art quilts. I have also gotten sticker art books and the color by number books. They work just like the cross stitch books.

It was fun to make. I did it first.

Hi love your pixel quilts. I have a question can you use any size square you choose in fabric or are there rules to follow?? Thanks Lou
