Welcome back sweet friends and family. Just in case you’re new, I’m Dr. Erika and I share what I eat in a day OMAD/intermittent fasting vlogs and weight loss motivation. I’ve been a daily intermittent faster since June 2018. I’ve lost and kept off 60 lbs for over 4 years now. I also exercise everyday. I’d love for you to join me on this journey as I share my story.

Apple Pie Oatmeal:
1/2 c water
1/2 c rolled oats
1 medium apple
powdered peanut butter
cinnamon
light brown sugar
raw agave nectar or maple syrup
Warm in the microwave on high for 2 1/2 minutes (longer or shorter depending on how firm you want your apples)
Enjoy!!!

1 can pinto beans
1 can black beans
1 can corn
1 can diced tomatoes
impossible meat
1 taco mix packet
spaghetti sauce (approximately 1 cup)

Friend!! Let's goooo!!! Lawd have mercy! Got my walk in this am! Making my daily minimum of 10k steps!!! My sugar intakes needzzzz a reevaluation not on my food but my nearly daily drink! That is back on my list for August!!!
I'm OMADing today and meeting up with former coworkers for evening meal!!! Hopefully I will be able to swing by Sam's to look for some cherry plums. Gonna get to these rolling 48s this week!
