Overnight oats are a gamechanger. I'll make a big bunch of glass jars (I just use old PB jars) filled with all the dried ingredients then cover one with soy/oat milk and pop in the fridge. The morning I eat it I will cover the next days one with milk and pop that in the fridge for the following day. Super super easy.

@atdyeam1605 Drizzle olive oil on toasted sourdough bread, spread mashed avocado, sprinkle on some black sesame seeds plus a little bit of chili flakes. Spread some lemon zest on top. Enjoy!

New to Veganism ? You're gunna meet some really deluded twisted people who don't understand health nor nutrition.
Eating meat is healthy. Don't believe their delusional lies.
Veganism is a CULT. You'll get sicker and sicker and you'll eat more and more supplements and processed garbage.

I have plain organic oatmeal every day, but I sprinkle in various Navitas powders including pomegranate, açaí, and cacao, also dragon fruit powder from Pitaya foods. When I have soup, I throw in superfood greens blend (moringa, kale wheatgrass), adaptogen blend (Maca, reishi, ashwaganda), plus Ohm mushroom master blend, locally produced tinctures of lions mane, chaga, Turkey tail), a drop of iodine with kelp, and i drop in microgreens I grow using humama. Never thought I would care about all of this, but we have access to such amazing ingredients today! It all adds up to super nutritious deliciousness.

Thank you Brother for these great recipes. My friend just put me on to your channel last night.
I still eat meat and didn’t think it was true that a vegan could get shredded on a vegan diet.
So my friend showed me your video last night and informed me,
You are a vegan and in great shape.
GOD Bless you for your valuable channel. I will take small steps to try the vegan diet.
    Thanks again

Hi Nimai, thanks for these great breakfast ideas, especially the overnight oats and smashed avo! I need high protein and carbs breakfasts to keep me going as a pro cleaner. Though I'd burn through the smoothie in an hour. Can you please post more vegan breakfast ideas suitable for people who work in physically intensive jobs such as myself? Typically cleaners use up a lot of energy but I would say mostly at a steadier rate than frequent bursts of high energy. High protein, carbs, low GI, something that will keep me going the whole day without needing to have lunch. 🙏

Thank you for these videos. I’m going plant-based. I’ve attempted in the past. But now that I’m working out and weightlifting my perspective on diet has changed. How can I get my protein needs on a plant based diet? Asking that question in the mind set of somebody who works out is making this transition so much easier.

looks delicious, good ideas! We're gradually moving to a plant-based diet. Question about the oat recipe, 1 tablespoon seems like a lot. Vanilla bottle caps are usually 1 teaspoon. Did you mean teaspoon?
