Congrats to Toby for performing on drums! Getting judged on a performance can be nerve wracking! The musical looked wonderful! The costumes were fantastic!
I was "lucky" to be living in Singapore when I had my cancer diagnosis. I'm saying lucky because I rarely had to wait for scan results. Usually they were looked at and a report was written and given to me right there. Of course I had scanxiety before the scans like everybody else and I think you're right on the mark when you say that keeping busy it the best thing. Keeping all my fingers crossed that you get positive results. xx
That’s great that you could get results so quickly. Certainly the ideal. This is much longer than the time I usually wait in the private system, but just the way it is in the clinical trial.
I have recently stumbled across your you tube channel you're an inspiration keeping busy is definitely the best thing to do while waiting for scan results my mum always said that while she battled cancer sadly she's no longer with us 💔
Hi Caitlin. This is Cher, using Lesters phone. What a fabulous video. You looked absolutely wonderful! The play was wonderful. I enjoyed it while waiting in the Drs office for hubby to get cked out! Had to call the ambulance last week. It was awful! Can't wait for next week's video❤
Hi Cheryl! It’s been awhile. I’m sorry you had to ring an ambulance. That does sound scary. Are you planning your Aussie trip? I hope you and Lester can stay safe and happy.
I loved watching the performances. Great talent and wonderful set. I do understand scan anxiety!! I’m 8 years cancer free and every year I go in for mammogram and Ultrasound it’s crazy. At least I get my results within the 1/2 hour. I do love watching your journey and your wonderful family. ❤️
@@Denymarie123 Thanks for watching. Half hour wait for results sound Devine! Do you have to wait longer to go through the results with a doctor though? I think it would be worse getting bad results and then having to wait to get a plan.
@@Denymarie123 Sounds good. It will usually take a few days before the report is written and our doctors prefer to see the formal report when speaking to patients. Occasionally I’ve had the oncologist look at the scan without the report but they always do it on the proviso that they might find something different in the formal report.
Lovely video, such a beautiful family.I have to say you are looking really well Caitlin. Sending love to you and your family, xx, and prayers for the best scan results possible in Jesus' Name Amen
Great play! I knew immy right away and i think your son is the one that got hit😂. Drummer boy did well i thought. Look at little roxi doing so well in school☺️. Yes,waiting for results is terrible😬. Best of luck to you warrior lady. Untill next time🍁🍂❤.
Well spotted Sally. Yes, you spotted Immy and Trent. Trent’s cousin was the one hitting him. At one stage my nephew was standing next to Imogen. There’s also a clip of my neice singing with the main character.
American here, it’s wild to see how much American business and influence like KFC and WB are big over in AU. The plays were fantastic, lots of talented students, sadly could not tell which kids were yours, except maybe Immy at a flower cart? But I’ll tell you here the man slapping, regardless of whether or not a period piece, would not be tolerated here in a public school😂(means free based on where one lives, non religious, non selective admit or paid tuition type) You are right, whatever the scans reveal were there before you walked in, onto the scan table and were doing as well as you were. That’s not going to change. Looking forward to results.
@@ViolettaValery7718-g2k yes, you picked Immy! The guy getting g slapped was my son Trent and he was being slapped by his real life cousin! My Mum said she did have another older lady saying how inappropriate it was to make light of domestic violence which I suppose has a point. We just enjoyed it for the slapstick humour it was meant to be. Australia is definitely influenced by America!

It can be so nerve wracking. Turns out it can also seem worse than it really is. We got his results and he did much better than we thought!

@@bettyconnearney7943 oh thanks. I am looking forward to it being a little longer, but it’s nice to hear a compliment on it!
