    This was such a great workout! You make some great combo moves, and they never get boring. I was so glad we were only going for 20 seconds because I don’t know if I would have made it any longer, on some of the moves. Thank you for all that you do!

    Whoop whoop! I loved this workout! So much variety! I ran/jumping jacks/squat/plie jumps for the 10 second intervals and during the breaks. I loved the finisher! Thank you!!

    I keep saying OMG but really... This workout had so many moves to target total body... Saved to my faves and sharing to Facebook...I burned 359 calories and loved the finisher... 💥💣

    Fantastic. Cel mai intens și mai mișto workout pe care l-am făcut din toate pe care le ai. Ideea de final cu tights finisher e super precum și exercițiile de stretching. Am o mica sugestie, introdu în workouts mai multe combinatii de exerciții de kick back, iar exercițiul de final cu mișcări de solduri se combina mai bine cu scholder press alternativ , dacă înțelegi ce vreau sa zic. Per total felicitări. Tine-o tot așa.

    Can’t believe I’m saying this but I had FUN doing this! I love the moderate intensity held the whole time but for some reason what I love most is every movement involving kicks! It reminds me of my days in kung fu & I just love them 🥰 also you got me good with that finisher again 😂 GREAT start to the week!

    Thanks again for another awesome workout! I have knee issues, but I didn't find this workout to be too stressful on my knees. The loved the last exercise in round 5 with the hip shaking, fun way to bring that round to a close.

    I love this workout. Was surprised with the 4 minutes thigh burner and almost stopped, but said no, do it. I had a little balance issue on the curtsy lung squat but got through it. I love that it had a warm up and cool down. I don’t have much knowledge of tabata. Do you recommend that more for cardio and toning? Thanks!

      Tabata is practically 20sec work and 10 sec rest. It's great for high impact, as you don't get as tired in 20 sec, it's also great for cardio if you get bored easily, as this way you switch exercises more often. I think 20 seconds is too short of a section for weights. You wouldn't get enough reps in....

      I really want to... I'm just so busy, and can't seem to get extra time to think how to put a dance workout together. I've seen a few on TH-cam, but I feel more comfortable using a timer, and I would probably just do a short version of my cardio to the beat workouts 🤣🤣🤣

      We all have different body types. I don't do anything special for my abs. It's just how my body has developed through years of exercising.

    I was into doing the exercise and then I got an ad that lasted too long and cut my exercise short it was really upsetting. This ad at least lasted about 4 to 5 minutes.🤔does anyone know how to get rid of these ads?
