I like to keep it between 3500 and 6500 rpm. Especially on inclines.

Yeh it handles great in that range. And 8500rpm if you want full power. :>)

We're into winter in the UK so it's great to see fine weather.
Seems they focused on the experience.
Similar sound to the hinckley triumph thunderbird but that's a triple with it's own issues.
Terrible image quality short of my 1999 HD on my channel.
Lives in the hallway while everywhere is wet and muddy.
    Good luck with your channel.

Thanks - Love the look of the Thunderbird but have never ridden one. Sorry about the image quality. It always seems to take a day or two for the HD version to upload properly on my videos for some reason. Probably the poor Internet we have in Australia compared to what you have in the UK.

@motorcyclingdownunder It came out like I'd asked for the lowest quality in portrait. No plans to vlog but I'd like to share some video of my favourite rides here in Devon, planning on getting a DJI osmo 4 and the mic 2 for next summer.
One of my most memorable rides was heading north through France on an afternoon without seeing anyone for 2 hours on a dual carriageway.
120 miles without so much as another vehicle across Normandy along with seeing the Fields of crosses left a deep impression.
There's something hypnotic about an Evo at 2¼k RPM on a long flat road where distance is in time instead of miles or KMs.
I'm done with riding in weather that trashes bikes.
My perspective is motorcycles peaked around 2000 before the regulations became the primary focus.
Luckily there are exceptions and some great EFi era bikes.

I have a 2023 z900rs it does not clunk when you shift a little faster on 4000 RPM you should try it

Why does it sound like a Volkswagon bug 🤔

lol - can't say I have made that comparison - I think the stock standard exhaust on the Z900RS sounds great. :>)
