This is totally unacceptable. How can bonafide owners of the flats or their guests can be stopped by Lodha appointed security.
This owner & her guest have been exposing the unethical & poor quality of construction done by Lodha. Also, there are allegations of shortchanging the flat buyers by giving less than the carpet area shown in the agreement. The flat owners allege receiving 25% less than what they have paid for. The guest who is being stopped has shown many such discrepancies & malpractices in this project. Buyers are not allowed inspection before taking over & have to sign on dotted lines signifying 100% satisfaction about the product in all aspects. Totally unethical.
why to purchase apartments worth crores from such unethical developers?

Lodha Developers sued the couple for defamation but they lost the case in the court against the couple. Seeing the public outcry; Lodha builder has changed its name to Macrotech Developers.
Changing name doesn't pull up the name and fame. Rather the couple have rights reserved to file case Lodha for fraud, cheat and money laundering.

I have been in the real estate industry for 18 years now....seen many instances wherein the builder tries to bully the buyer, especially during handover process....but this is insane...another level of hooliganism. Once a Sale is made , Lodha has no discretion to disallow any guests or anyone from entering a valid owners premises . Lodha has not rented you the premises, you are the owner and even Lodha Management themselves cannot enter your home without your explicit permission and naturally cannot stall you from having any guests over. This is not a feudal land where Rajasahab can do anything they want.

They charge security fees, waste disposal fees and other service charges. They only allow their preferred dish and internet providers to give service there which they either own or get commissions from.

Looking at this shocking video, it would be a better proposition to have invested in an agri land atleast 10 acres worth a crore in a good area with good water source, instead of getting stuck with a low class apartment where nothing is our own , not even the walls nor the ceiling nor even the flooring, it is pathetic, i simply hate apartments, may GOD give u justice, our prayers with you all.
