Sales representative at Lodha Amara called two bank guys in front of me who valued my loan amount so and so... I wasn't convinced with them not showing me actual flat hence I didn't do any process. Next week I went to bank to evaluate my loan and found out Bank representative at Lodha sale office were quoting 15-20+L than my eligibility... At Bank the guy told me it's not possible at all to go that high with my stats.

What I understood is, if you are salaried person, trying to buy property throw loan, always go for ready to move in property. Never get into risk of investing in underconstruction property or EMI after fit out cause you are always at the risk of getting your investment trapped at the hand of builder. If you have liquid cash, then it might be different matter and you can take that risk.
Much of the funds collected by the builders from Indian citizens are diverted for overseas projects, in the UK, USA, Middle East etc. As a result, these builders are delaying projects in India where the depositors have to wait longer to acquire possession of flat and/or constructing shoddy flats not worth the crores of rupees and handing them over to the buyers.

As much i hate lodha. This guy should have done proper investigation, if is eligible for loan instead of believing the builders blindly and booking the flat.
Never trust these guys who meet you at sales office and tell you they are from bank and you can actually get so much amount of loan and so on.
Sales representative at Lodha Amara called two bank guys in front of me who valued my loan amount so and so... I wasn't convinced with them not showing me actual flat hence I didn't do any process.
Next week I went to bank to evaluate my loan and found out Bank representative at Lodha sale office were quoting 15-20+L than my eligibility... At Bank the guy told me it's not possible at all to go that high with my stats.

Wanted to say one thing home,flat if you need then make ready cash otherwise zindagi bhar bharoge lekin poora kabhi nahi hota,if you have land sell it and make a home or purchase it otherwise for 60 lakhs Also you will be paying 1crore interest, better to live in rent rather than taking this big tension one two EMI s if you miss recovery people will Also come to make the life hell,rest is yours choice
What I understood is, if you are salaried person, trying to buy property throw loan, always go for ready to move in property. Never get into risk of investing in underconstruction property or EMI after fit out cause you are always at the risk of getting your investment trapped at the hand of builder.
If you have liquid cash, then it might be different matter and you can take that risk.
Much of the funds collected by the builders from Indian citizens are diverted for overseas projects, in the UK, USA, Middle East etc. As a result, these builders are delaying projects in India where the depositors have to wait longer to acquire possession of flat and/or constructing shoddy flats not worth the crores of rupees and handing them over to the buyers.
