I don't know where this video was shot but in 6 crores, you can only hope to buy apartments in Mumbai. Realty prices is freaking crazy here. Every available plot has already been taken over by builders.
This is true for 2021. But the flats were sold before 2015. Back then two person could easily contribute 6 crore each, buy a piece of land and build a building with 4 or 5 apartments for each owner. Even now, people can do this in groups of 4 or 5. But each will get only 2 apartments

And covered car parking are calculated, built and alloted in the way where any guest cant park, If guest parks the resident of the apartment will blame the securitys for not beeing alert and leting everyone in due to security policy, security can lose their job. So only each and every developer assures that they build a guest car parking. If you are a guest park the vehical at guest car parking zone and stop blaming security. It's not the securitys fault before pulling your vehical into the basement you should be aware of what is residents car park and what is guest car park. And covered car parking are calculated, built and alloted in the way where any guest cant park, If guest parks the resident of the apartment will blame the securitys for not beeing alert and leting everyone in due to security policy, security can lose their job.
So only each and every developer assures that they build a guest car parking. If you are a guest park the vehical at guest car parking zone and stop blaming security.
It's not the securitys fault before pulling your vehical into the basement you should be aware of what is residents car park and what is guest car park.

An apartment's average life span is only 30-40 years (economictimes). any asset which has a lifespan (beginning and ending) always depreciates, a land (actual plot or site) has no death span and hence always appreciates
