Thank you, Ally. I first heard about yoga Nidra via the podcast of Dr. Andrew Huberman, and I have been doing it every morning after waking, and often at night before sleep, for more than a month. It has changed the way I start my day, setting a tone that lasts longer and longer into the day the more I do it. When I do it at night, I sleep a calmer sleep, with my body and my mind shutting down so smoothly and peacefully. I tried a number of different yoga Nidra TH-cam channels, but my first one was yours, and it only took me trying a couple of other ones to discover that I preferred yours, by far. Thank you so much for providing something that has changed my daily practice, and has significantly improved the quality of my life. Namaste 🙏🏻
This was perfect for post-work brain drain. When I got home I was so overloaded with all the things that I did and didn’t do, all the ways I had been pulled to work on various projects for various clients. Just too many parts moving at once. I thought I was going to lose the little free time I have after work. But in the time it took to roll out my yoga mat, set up my bolster, grap my eye pillow, close my home office door, and listen to this recording (approx. 25-27mind)-I have my mind back to do things at home and things that help me feel whole.

It was really facinating to do this nidra without background sounds. My mind was racing but then I was able to drop-in and quiet. I loved the pace and the points you chose to explore. I'm able to call up the feeling of deep relaxation from nidra on my own outside of my practice. I'm loving this journey!
I want to like this yoga nidra but I can’t get into a deep state with the sound cutting in and off. It’s distracting for me but I loved the beginning of tension and release. A great practice to add!
I was going into the brain / Vegas nerve during this and was hearing a really intense humming sound from that space and actually channeled you into that kind of space and asked you about it. 😅 I went back to that and was seeing my body from another space it was intense. But I feel rested!

Working my way through Module 1! I found myself very tired after working and then hiking today, so I thought rather than taking a nap, I would try a short Nidra Practice. Hi Ali,Just popping in to say Hi and Yoga Nidra is fast becoming a routine part if mt day especially when I get a brain fog a few hours after getting up.I had a stroke in 2018.Since listening.I gave been able to stand up in my bathroom for my morning washing I sleep much betterNo longer waking 4 to 5 times a night.I want to get up in the morning and not lol around.I have a little nest in my living room fir my resets Thank you for all you do and making this available to people like me.I hope more stroke survivors and thrivers find their way to the spaces provided by yiu and Kristin.
I have tried a few protocols already, and i have to say this one has been the best so far. The duration, the silence, the soothiyvoice, all came perfect together.

Loved this. I've been feeling poorly the last couple of days and my body has been aching. The full body tensing at the start helped me to fully relax and the remainder helped me to get the rest my body needs. Thank you
I have Centralized pain syndrome plus complex PTSD… this is a great way to reset my nervous system so it is not focused just on the areas of discomfort but increasing the awareness of full body… helps a lot…being doing the yoga nidra 1-2 xs a day for over a year…..very helpful….thank you. This is nice morning routine before getting out of bed to start the day..
Slowly working on total demo of the upstairs of my early 1900's house. Have been enjoying your wonderful yoga nidra each morning. Puts me in a patient, calm frame of mind before I put in a few hours of dirty, confusing demo chasing old mysterious wires through nooks and crannies and holes that lead to unknown places! Sort of like a tangled nervous system that is old and confused and needs some help!. Thanks so much for the lovely images, concepts that sooth and uplift my spirit. This quick reboot so quickly turned that around for me to start my day with a deep calm, I’m so very grateful. I seek out your older recordings with less chatter & advertising at the end which honestly defeats the purpose. I beg you to reconsider putting all of the newsy talk at the beginning, or somewhere else altogether to allow the fantastic shift you have created to fully saturate. Dearest Ally, over the last 2 years I have been going through a particularly challenging time, so often waking up with dread & anxiety coursing through my body. This quick reboot so quickly turned that around for me to start my day with a deep calm, I’m so very grateful. I seek out your older recordings with less chatter & advertising at the end which honestly defeats the purpose. I beg you to reconsider putting all of the newsy talk at the beginning, or somewhere else altogether to allow the fantastic shift you have created to fully saturate. It is such a gift you bring, please don’t spoil it! 🕉️💜
