    I'm going to try this toward evening. Also I wanted to know if there is something I can do to reverse or slow down the progress. I have muscle wasting in my arms and hands. It shows the veins and wrinkly skin. My fingers look so thin. It scares me. I have COPD and I'm 72, but I'm not ready to die yet.
    Please help if you can.

    Thank you dr. Mandell I just tried it also which came on right after you on my TH-cam channel was box breathing to stimulate the vagus nerve so while I was pressing on these acupressure points I was doing some box breathing and it was even more helpful. Thank you and God bless you

    Hello Dr Mandel can I take one tablespoon of olive oil with some lemon juice and one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with water back to back on a empty stomach first thing in the morning or should I wait 15 minutes in between

    Thanks, Doc! I went to my acupuncturist on the weekend, and he put needles in each of these same three areas. It really helped with stress. I'll try acupressure on those areas throughout the week, and hopefully, I can slow my heart rate and reduce my stress.

    Works better than 50watts of rife waveforms for an hour. Can I over do with rife. Hernia untreated it's a pain along a vein on left above region. I would pay for good treatment. I don't trust social health care alone

      It hurte for me also … The longer I pressed down along with rotating sides I started to release gas from both ends so I’m wondering if the pain is trapped air hmm

      Mine hurt a little originally and then went soft. I guess it started to relax. Maybe start off with a lighter pressure.
