Everyone watching this video has had their ankles broken and their trying to restore them. 🏀🏀👀👀🤣
Nope
I was shooting and the defender closed in to much and I landed in his ankle....it went in tho 🤣I was out for 2 games
@@anonymous1884 lol

I have suffered ankle injury in just two months bro ur video will help
Thank you so much coach!Keep up the great work you are doing!
I have a weak ankle. I hope this will work. ☺👊🏀❤
Did it work
Yo did it work?
Just sprained my ankle again. Same dirty player stuck his foot out on my jumpshot again and same right ankle.....im pissed
Happened to me on A layup
Ikr lol that one dirty bastard
Unknown Unknown same lol... during a scrimmage. i probs need to skip the game
lmao
Love the lateral one. How about loading the tib anterior and the tendon involved vs all this continued overload of the Achilles and posterior chain (which hoopers are going to chronically get anyways)? Makes more sense to me instead of trusting that an unbalanced A/P is going to miraculously bring us to ZERO ankle injuries
Three ankle injuries the last three summers on the same ankle and now I’m here...
Hopefully this works for you.

Great vid👌❤
I was taking a route across the lane but the big man stepped up pretty fast, it was a physical game and I got distracted anticipating the contact and the next read, so in that split sec of distraction I sort of missed a step and rolled my ankle, I finished the game but now I’m heavy on R.I.C.E.
When I'm playing ball regularly I roll my ankle at least once a month, if not more. It's to the point that many times I roll them and it barely even affects me but I know that's not good. I need help seriously. My feet seem to have a natural tendency to move inside especially when I jump and I wonder if that's the issue and how to fix it.
Ya I have a ankle injury but it is healed it stops me from some stuff like jumping off that foot so ya
a to z and i am heading back home now. enough exercise for today
lol
Sprained my ankle 4 times on each foot. I need to get mine stronger or else imma have to stop hooping
This idiot kid at my school went for the rebound way after me and I turned my ankle and it cracked. Nothing bad, it’s just swollen. It hurt so bad the first day. But when I iced it for a whole 2 days it feels a lot better. I recommend icing and resting. I know it sucks, but it’s worth the wait
i have injury right now pray for me please!🙏
hope you're doing well
r u good now?
i just sprained my right ankle 3x
I don’t know what happened but like whenever I run it only hurts...
Exactly bro....i too have the same problem what must be the remedy for this?? 🤔🤔🤔.... It aches a lot
My plantar would pop doing these exercises
Turn off the music please
Loose the music 👌🏻

EGTBasketball we want to free your shoes ,no no free your feet😂😂😂😂😂😂
So Filipinos has great ankles because they play barefoot/flip flops everytime? 😂
if...and if only they will go to court to have a shoe since the foot is familiar for a small restrained.. most of us filipino are not into basketball since poverty cannot be solved by just playing sports.
yes, I think it's a good factor to say how a lot of filipinos hoopers dont have ankle injuries because they have a full use of their feet. unlike players who wear shoes, your feet are protected but it attacks your ankles where the impact is transfered.
I always hurt my left ankle but my coaches force me to play so I always injure it and it never gets better
don't show up at the game
buy ankle support
Just rest bro! You need it! Wait for recovery!
FAX cuz im the best playher its always the left ankle too.
Rest Is very important. If you just keep on playing with a sprained ankle it’s just gonna get worst. Just don’t show up and file a complaint because playing on a sprained ankle is just going to make it worst and your ankle is going to take more time to heal. And plus you won’t even be able to perform well on a sprained ankle so what’s the point?
thanks for this 💀 it’s a pain in the ass to break ur ankles and pay for medical shi
music toooo loud man.... not cool bro
Ok karen
