EGTBasketball Before this video, I used to watch a Steph Curry mixtape, and then read to relax for a little.

+Off, nice. Getting ready is all down to the individual player and what gets them going.

What i do is i practise the night before then go to bed 7-8 and wake up at 6-9. I have eggs on toast or sardines on toast then i watch a basketball game and relax.

I'm 37. As a player who developed my game in the early 90's, I'm very jealous of the wealth of information now available on the internet, just like these videos. I'm reinvesting in my body and basketball game again as I near my 40's, and your videos are so helpful. Thank you, sir.

as a gen z. we are indeed very lucky with todays technology. u can almost search anything u want to know. but also the internet has its downsides.

Well it has its downsides . Internet is like drugs to many people and things like TikTok and all the movies and videos u can watch within a few clicks are very dangerous.

My pregame warmup is 60% of what Steph Curry is doing every game. i don't add those stretching until my team starts, but thank you. i needed these tips from one of the best players in the world. Keep it up.

Great video Alan !! Just to add two things: 1) Try to visualize your performance (always in a positive manner) the night before and during the morning. It will surely boost your performance and 2) Should you put carbs in your pre-game meal, make sure they are low G.I. (glycemic index) ones. The last thing you want is an insulin spike, with all its consequences.

First of all, let me just say I love quality of your videos now. They keep improving and it makes it a delight to watch the videos. When you do the EGT workouts does that satisfy your conditioning needs or is it a godd idea to do sprints like 17's after every workout?

Jose Guerrero watch a player which fits your style AND height if there isn't any good high level player like that then watch a good player fitting to style and watch a good player fitting to height, it helps.
