I'm loving this challenge so much that I think after it's over I'll print it and glue it onto carton, cut all 30 days/squares to make little "glute exercise cards" and then shuffle them and pick 3-4 different ones whenever I need a butt workout "on the go" =D but I'll probably be doing 50 reps each side, not 100 :P

I had to take a break for a few days because I got injured at work, so I'm about 5 days behind, but I'm going to finish this, so glad this was an easy-ish day to come back in
This was by far the easiest day yet. I had to add a resistance band cuz i wasnt gettin any burn otherwise and even then the burn is minimal. (I do 2 days at a time since i work out every other day. So I did 12 and 13 today.) I like that by doin this challenge, Im figuring out which exercises work for me and which dont!
I do 50 on one side then switch on immediately to the other for 50 then back to prior one. This give me continuty without getting too hard or tired on one side. I hope ! it is fine to switch like this Cassey?
I woke up today and could barely move my leg because of pin in my left hip. I can’t lift my left leg without pain in my hip. What have I done wrong and how can I ease the pain? 🙏🏼
And finished. I'm trying to decide which was easier, the fire hydrant kicks or regular fire hydrants. I think these may have been slightly easier. But it was still super intense!
I missed this last weekend, so yesterday I did day 11 & 12. Today I am doing day 13 & 14. But I’m doing one in the morning and one in the evening so my butt doesn’t fall off
Day 13! Almost forgot! Lol but I got it in at 9:37 at night lol. I'm doing my last 4 hours of driving tomorrow before I do my driver's test!( That's why I almost forgot)
Guys help, I'm following the calendar (so this challenge as well), and today my legs have been cramping (in the outer thigh area) since I've woken up, I can barely move them. I didn't do too many exercises yesterday, sometimes I took brakes during the workouts as i always do to avoid dying, and I made sure I stretched everything after finishing. What do I do to make them stop hurting????
I am doing the challenge and my butt is sooooo sore lol. Can you maybe do a workout with core sliders? Would be awesome 👏🏻 I’d also love a #100thighchallenge 🧨

What helps me with muscle cramps is to take a magnesium supplement and a hot bath.
