    We're almost halfway through the 100 Glute Challenge and I want to keep going strong!! Our Day 14 butt workout is the Standing Hammy Curl. The key here is to keep your eyes on one spot directly in front of you, so you can stay balanced for 100 on each leg!
    My guest today is my friend Kati Morton. You guys, she is a licensed therapist and has a bunch of TH-cam videos on body image and how to self-care, so go check her out!

    After the last standing/balancing exercise, I decided I wasn’t going to fool myself and then get mad at myself for where I’m at. Went directly into this one using a chair for balance (kinda like in the 28 Day Summer Sculpt). Glad I did as I still felt like I got an effective workout without getting angry with myself. 😊

    I tried both variations, the one featured and the modification. The modification version is just as butt burning as the standing one but you're holding your abs in and shoulders in place so it feels like a full body workout. I love it!

    Just starting the video, I know my butt is going to scream but I am so glad you had Kati on today. I definitely need to check out her channel, personal family issues going on and Katie sounds like just the lady I need in my life! (Also I just noticed I’m using my husband’s account haha)

    It looks like I’ve been living under a rock as I’ve only recently discovered this Channel. I’m really unfit and deconditioned so trying really hard to tone up and reduce a lot of cellulite buildup. These short workouts are quite difficult and I have to stop frequently due to getting cramps in the legs/glutes!! It’s encouraging to see a lot of other people suffering too (in the nicest possible way) so that gives me motivation to keep going. Thanks for the challenge! My glutes are hurting😥

    Done! Had to do the majority on my knees but didn’t have to stop as much which means I’m getting better 👍🏼

    My booty hurts, my legs too. My lower back almost killed me and I planted my feet so hard on the ground to better stabilize myself that even they are sore. (Kuddos, you guys! You made it look really easy even when you were struggling)

    Today was so, SO hard but I pulled through and it's just really strange how we're almost halfway already! I remember being really excited for this challenge and now my booty just feels so, so SORE 😂

    I already knew going in that o have NOOoooo balance, the dining table was my bff. However i found the standing version more effective than the kneeling version. 🍊

    I love the modifications because i am working out in the bottom bunk of a bunk bed, in a moving semi truck... so i need those low floor and table top moves since i dont have the option to stand! Thanks for all your workouts! Also, i try to do the 1000 abs everyday i can! Really keeps me going! ☆♡ ;*

    I've noticed that my balance on one side is better than the other. I had to use a chair in front of me to stay upright. I actually liked this exercise

    That felt like an eternity to get through. And I felt it in both legs both times, but in different places...does that make sense?

      yes that makes sense. Because the leg you are standing on requires other muscles to keep the balance. And with the lifted leg you are working out your glutes.

    Oh my god this burnttt- I cannot believe I did day 9 without leaning on something..
    I did this today and used wall as a support and had better form! I was going to do this in my brother room, but there was a spider-
    Anyhoo! This was fun? Painful? I enjoyed it, and I love do it along side you Cassey! Thank you!

    I’m so inflexible so I can’t get my leg high enough to really even feel anything when I’m standing up. I feel it way more in the modified on the ground

    I tried to do 50 standing ones and 50 modification on the ground and I feel like the modification part worked more for me then the standing part, but I still wanted to at least try both.

    I couldn't do this in a straight line type form like they were doing. my hips kept turning and my legs didn't extend like theirs at all (and I'm pretty flexible). So difficult!

    Man, after doing the #SummerScupltChallenge, I just have so much more strength in my legs and booty, really my entire lower body is so freaking strong! If you want a real great, kick your butt's ass workout, try the #SummerSculpt one on here. It'll hurt SO bad in the beginning, but toward's the end, you can really tell how far you've come. My problem is WHAT WORKOUT DO I DO NOW?I had lost all the weight I was trying to, even hit my GOAL weight, but lost it because I am not working out as hard as I was during the #SummerScuplt. Cassey, please help and tell me what workout series to do next! Been doing them all for over 6 years! Is it possible to hit a FITNESS SLUMP? Just curious. And does muscle really weigh more than fat, and if so, by how much! xoxoJJ
