Some workouts make me realize how hard I can be with myself. I was so mad at myself for not being able to do all the moves properly or struggling to keep up with the rythm, whereas I should be proud of my body for eveything it allows me to do! So let's all be kind to ourselves and learn to respect and love our bodies :)
Exactly. The first time doing this I did it over 14 days instead of 7, so I had a break every other day. This time I've mixed to make my own shorter workouts tailored to me. Go with what your body says
im so sad how everyone is just focusing on Chloe Ting, I mean ofc she is amazing but do you know from how long this queen is uploading regularly for us?
I agree. I tried one of her challenges before I started the April calendar and I really didn’t get results. I feel like they are workouts that are more structured towards beginners so they just appeal to a different audience.
20 mins ago, I didn't want to do this workout and was ready to veg out in front of the TV for another hour. 20 mins later, my body's pumping endorphins and I'm so happy I fought the devil on my shoulder. If you're on the fence about whether or not to workout today, I hope you find it in you to actually go ahead. You know you won't regret it. Take care, y'all ❤️
I’ve been in the hospital for a week and literally haven’t moved my body anything other than for essential things. Decided I was gonna do this workout. I had to do all the moderated moves and I could only do two rounds but I’m proud of myself for getting up and trying to work trough my post hospital depression. Thanks cass
@@fellowdesparado thank you so much. i have done this the last 4 days and i am finelly able to do the whole thing with modefications but i am super happy
I can't believe it. I was going to skip today because of period cramps, but instead I decided to try. AND I FINISHED THE WHOLE THING WITHOUT EXTRA BREAKS OR MODIFICATIONS. I didn't think that was possible.
I was about to stop after round two but I read some of these comments about how everyone felt so accomplished after completing everything, and in the end I pressed on to round three and I feel great
Rena Bhullar same, having a really rough day and I fought myself to even do part of it but I’m shocked and really happy I actually went through with doing all three rounds. Definitely worth it guys!
My 2 friends and I are doing this workout. Ima just records the days as they progress. Day 1: DONE: just barely. Took lots of breaks. We took an HOUR for 25 mins of the workout. RIP for us tmr. Wish us luck! Kinda felt sick and nauseous. Day 2: DONE: A LOT BETTER!!! The time taken to do the workout was reduced to 40 ish minutes. DRANK LOTS OF WATER. Took fewer breaks. No visual progress. Day 3: DONE: WE MADE THE EXERCISE TO 30 ish mins. we are scared for tmr's longer workout. Day 4: We did the waist whittler in 25 mins so yay. The 10 min tone burned but was easier. Not excited for tmr tho :( Day 5: DONE: HATE THE squat jumps. We see a defined middle line down our stomachs. Feel awake! Day 6:DONE: No BREAKS TAKEN AT ALL. Did it in the required time. Feels good, more energetic. Slightly more defined in the ab region. Slacked on the jump squats and did the moderation. Day 7:DONE: THAT WAS SO GOOD, we had taken no breaks and felt so energized. SAW RESULTS MATES!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE: THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH FOR ALL THE LIKES!!!!
I completed this 7 day ab challenge! It is the first I've ever completed and I'm so happy, it was so hard and I hated how I felt but it's nice to see a change. I lost a lot around my waist compared to what I thought would happen! 11th Feb measurements (a day or two before I joined the challenge) Waist: 81cm Hips: 92cm Thigh: 62cm Arms: 30cm 20th Feb (challenge completed) Waist: 77cm Hips: 90cm Thighs: 63cm Arms: 29cm So it really did take a lot off my waist which I'm happy about ^-^ it's inspired me to keep working out and see more of a physical change.
YellowHappiness just pause the video, take a break and continue. That’s what I did and it worked. Although, I couldn’t get to finish the whole workout, just listen to your body and don’t feel bad for not keeping up! Something is better than nothing, so keep trying girl!
I wanted SO badly to call it quits after round 2, but the thought of giving up hurt my pride and I said out loud "I will finish this, I'm strong, I can do this" and managed to perform the last round better than the first two! Cassie's tip "the mind wants to give up before the body" helps me so much.
I know ima need it. I’m going to the beach and am gonna be eating junk food so this is basically gonna be pointless to do but I’m suffering through it😭
Im in!!🤗 Day 1: OH I hate plank jacks!! Day 2: still hating plank jacks! Day 3: feelin a bit stronger Day 4: oh, when will I be able to overcome plank jacks, im still hating it!!
SO LETS SO THISSS: day 1: I thought this wouldn't be too hard since I love doing ab workouts... BUT I WAS WRONG I'm Soooo tired, the hardest had to be jump squats however once the workout was done I didn't feel a burn for the rest of the day. day 2: I did it but my arms hurt bad. I don't feel a burn in my abs though day 3: My body is getting more used to the movements yieee.... Im excited to try the 2nd video tomorrow! day 4: My arms don't hurt anymore! My body is getting used to the movements and I really enjoyed the 2nd video! day 5: I don't stop and sweat as much as I used to... The movements are gradually getting easier day 6: I had 5 mins of the workout left but my mom made me stop😂😂 I feel a lot stronger today day 7: DONE!!!! I feel solo good and my abs are definitely more clear and strong!
Im little late to this challange but still Im at the day 2 feeling bad about myself and thinking to quit until I saw your comments.now I want to keep going.Thank you :)
I almost gave up...I did everything twice but almost said, "okay tomorrow I will try it for three!!" Then I saw the inspirational comments. An said no I can do this third one, even if it's not going to be perfect. An I did it!!! I love her videos 😍, thank you for all that you do.💗
Day 1✅: I found the hip twists hardest, I had to stop at least 3 times. The star abs were 2nd hardest for me, I couldn't come up completely, so I just managed to lift up my head. I felt dead when I completed the video, but good as well. Day 2:✅ The exercises were still difficult but slightly manageable. During the night, I could feel my abs burning whenever I lie down. Day 3: ✅ Waking up, I could still feel my abs burning which was a good feeling. I felt stronger doing the exercise. I can complete the hip twists without pausing now. But the flutters are still killers. I'm still doing modifications for plank jacks. Day 4 ✅: Still doing modifications for squat and plank jacks. Plank jacks are hard. Proud that I can fully come up during the star abs now! :D Gonna try the 2nd video now. Day 5 ✅: Feeling good and stronger. Maybe that's because I split the 20mins and 10 mins video. So I did the 10 mins video in the morning, and in the afternoon I do the 20 minutes one. Day 6✅: Still doing modifications for squats and plank jacks. Plank jacks is SO hard - I have to keep taking breaks in between :(( Anyways, I realised doing it on an empty stomach is more challenging as we don't have enough carbs/ energy to burn off. I recommend eating something before exercising next time :) Can't wait for day 7!!! Day 7✅: Still hate plank jacks, but yaaassss! done with last day part 1 video. Gonna do the 2nd video now. I'm thinking of making a video of my progress after I finish this challenge! let me know if you're interested :) stay strong and positive --> here's the video th-cam.com/video/bRfCBWNu2D0/w-d-xo.html @Blogilates thank you for making these videos X
At first I was like: urgh just gonna do this first round But then second round started: and I wanted it to be better than the first And then I even finished the third and I’m so happy right now!!
belleohbelle me too! “I’m only doing one round..” but ended up doing all 3, a bit fatigued towards the end of round 3 but happy I pushed through. Nothing more on the calendar for me today though 😫
I tried the ab challenge two years ago but I gave up after the third day, so now I’m back and determined to finish what I started! Casey, you probably won’t ever see this comment but I just wanna say you are such an inspirational person and thank you
This might just be me but sometimes when Cassey shows a modification I do it with her for that amount of time because I'm like "If she gets to take a break I do too"
Me! And yeah it sure is! The first time I did this workout from the regular calendar I had to take sooo many breaks. But now that I've been doing this one for the 6th time I can finally do the whole video without having to press pause. Keep up the great work!
DAY 7 DONE! OMG! Progress noted: I wasn't able to do 45 sec of plank jacks on day 1, now I can do 3 rounds of them~ My abs were never so "hard" - I can feel them now and I lost some fat on my love handles yay!
I’m In! (I’ll post updates everyday for a week) Day 1: It was worse than what it actually sounded, but I got through it. I’m sweaty, but I feel a lot better. Honestly the hardest part about this is trying to eat healthy. Day 2: I broke my diet yesterday with eating some Oreos, but Atleast it’s less junk food than what I usually eat. This workout was as hard as yesterday, but it was easier doing squat jumps and those Star thingys.😂 Also on top of this workout I’m also doing other videos to work more on my entire body. Every day except the weekend. Also my left thigh is sore, but not my right. That’s weird. Day 3: One of the hardest days so far. Yesterday I didn’t eat any junk food, but today I kind of had a whole bunch, but that’s okay i guess. I still did all of my workouts, but today was just not my day. It felt 2x harder doing my workouts. I’m soo mad because I’m not gonna lose any weight because of what I eat! But I workout for Atleast an hour of the day. Day 4: Today was definitely better than yesterday, but honestly my muscles are weak right now. Like they aren’t sore, but they are weak. I don’t know if I see a difference in my body yet, but Atleast I feel better about myself. And I didn’t eat any junk food today. Even though carbs probably count as that for this challenge, I’m not gonna count that because I can’t control what my parents cook. Day 6: I forgot to post day 5, but I still did it yesterday. It was tough, but I pushed through it. For day 6 I woke up and I was weak. I think it was because I didn’t eat that much food yesterday as I usually would. Like I would have an extra snack. But at least yesterday I didn’t eat any snacks. But tbh that workouts were easier today than they were for the past couple of days, even though they were still tough. Wow I’m surprised I lasted this long. Day 7: I didn’t do today because I was pretty busy, but that’s okay to take a break I guess. I needed it. But honestly I feel like I got nothing accomplished because I cheated my diet a lot by eating junk food. But I’ll be okay. It just sucks because I’m never gonna lose weight.
day 17! one more video to go. i'm so proud of myself, i've been working out every day for the last 4 weeks (what an accomplishment for me! it takes so much willpower) and i feel so much stronger and fitter! i did take longer breaks but i finished the workout, i'm drenched but i'm so grateful and happy for how far i've come. thank you!
I started this challenge today all like : “this shouldn’t be bad, I’ve worked out abs through other workout apps before for even longer than 20 mins” and here I am literally COLLAPSING after doing on exercise for like 10 seconds 😭
Hi Cassie! I've been 'in' since day 1 (now day 6) but haven't proclaimed so. I am pretty out of shape and thought it would be a good challenge to try and get fit for springtime. I would like to say that The first 4 days I couldn't finish just about any of the rounds but now at day 6 I can proudly say I can finish round 1 without stopping and am on my way to not take any breaks during round two! I am so happy I found your channel and this 7 day ab challenge has helped me realize just how out of shape I'd gotten over the winter. Keep up the good work and hopefully my life will continue to be transformed!
i’ve watched just about every fitness youtuber out there but cassey is just something different! her energy is motivational and the fact that she’s doing the workout with no cuts makes it really feel like she’s doing the workout with you.
waist: 75 cm day one : done day two : done day three: i didnt have time to do it but i walked 10 klm☹ day four :done day five : done day six : doneee day seven : done Resultsss : waist 73 cm, -2 cm in one week!
Day 1: Check ✔ but had to stop like 10 times 😫 hope it will be better tomorrow Day 2: Check ✔ same like yesterday😅 it's soo hard Day 3: Check ✔ it wasn't perfect, but definitely not that bad like the days before🙂 Day 4: Check ✔ i only struggle with the plank moves😅 Day 5: Check ✔ i hate plank jack pikes! but did it without stopping Day 6: because i'm following the calender i decided to do the rest day today Day 7: Check ✔ it was very hard but I'm glad that I did this
This is one of the few vids that I'm so RELUCTANT to do during the monthly calendar. But it's also the one where I feel the most proud every single time I finish it!
Day 1: I reeeaaaally didn't want to do this and was procrastinating but it's actually not so bad. It goes by pretty quick. That said, plank jacks are still and always will be THE. WORST. Day 2: SO SWEATY! My legs did not want to cooperate today and gave out during R3 of jump squats so I did the modification. Also, for some reason, if I'm not careful when I do the plank jack pikes, my right calf hurts? Unsure. I like to go slow/hold the "pike" for two beats of the song so that helps. Day 3: Jump squats might actually take over plank jack's spot as The Worst. By R2 my mat is so sweaty I have to be careful not to slip on the jump squats lol. I can't. I'm also probably doing the plank jacks wrong though. I don't really feel it in my abs? Overall, I'm nice and sweaty but not dead. Again, I'm pleasantly surprised by how fast it goes. Maybe that just means I need to push myself harder tomorrow... We'll see how that goes. Day 4: It's literally 11:16pm but I did it (oops sorry downstairs neighbors). Today felt ok. Tired but my abs weren't aching even though I felt like I was doing hip twists and flutters to my max. I still don't feel anything in my abs when I do plank jacks. Feels mostly cardio. My ability to do jump squats has def gone down from being able to do all three rounds without mod to only round one without mods. Star abs are my fave cuz I like resting when I roll back lol. Day 5: Less sweaty today! I don't know if that means I'm getting better or just because I did this before I did my Chloe Ting workout today. Yes, I'm a masochist. Feelin' good tho!
I came to the comments on day 3 after round 2 - exhausted, muscles ACHING- looking for an excuse to quit. But it just motivated me more. If you're in the comments for the same reason I was - keep going! Let's finish this together 💪💪
I did this challenge, and saw results. I took one rest day between days 3 and 4, and changed my diet a little. I still had a cookie or maybe a serving of white rice/pasta each day - cuz I just love chewy cookies lol, I just reduced how much of it I would normally eat. I didn't take measurements, but I could see my abs poking out more, and they feel more "tight" now even though I'm not flexing them. And the strengthening exercises like hip twists, star abs etc. definitely felt easier. Thanks Cassie :) This is going to be a go-to routine for strengthening my abs.
@Sakura Blossom You're welcome :) I did it for one week, and I saw results, so I guess it worked quickly. I didn't do other workouts. However the way I look did not change drastically. My weight didn't change much, if at all lol. But my upper abs were more defined, and my tummy looked a bit more flat. Even up til now (December) my body still looks like how it did when I finished the challenge the first time. And I'm able to do all 45 seconds of plank jacks! I could not do that before. I normally try to drink 64oz of water, and eat veggies, whole grains instead of white bread, white rice. But sometimes I like to just eat those things anyway, which is why I mentioned it in my first post. I just ate less of those than I normally would, and ate more of the complex carbs. My goal then wasn't to lose weight though. I hope this helps a bit.
I would find it really useful to have a beep at the beginning and end of each section. Especially on the double leg lifts when I'm looking at the ceiling rather than the screen, I miss the cue to start. I realise that it would be too late for the current videos but perhaps this could be added to future videos.
Y’all this is my third day doing the workout and I gotta say on Monday and Tuesday I was not feeling it and I had to take a bunch of breaks during the exercises and every time I got really tired, I would just collapse and think to myself that I just couldn’t do it. Today, the workout just flew by and I still got really tired and I still occasionally collapsed from tiredness but I motivated myself and just thought “you can do this!” continuously which just pushed me through the workout. So if your feeling unmotivated during the workout because you can’t do some of the moves and because you need to take breaks, just remind yourself that being tired doesn’t make you weak, but getting back up and pushing yourself through it makes you so incredibly strong. Y’all can do this!
when i say i struggled... i am far from fit, so this was intense. i often had to modify or stop for a few seconds, plus I have a weak back and shoulders, and I did something to my knees a few weeks ago. but I somehow made it though :). so, a reminder: it's okay not to be good at something. as a perfectionist, i find that hard to accept, but if you are always scared of messing up you won't make any progress. good luck everyone!
Day 1: ok this looked way easier than it was to do. Day 2: the plank jacks are absolutely killing me Day 3: I still haven't mastered plank jacks and I think I got a little lazy today but tomorrow I'll try harder. Day 4: It felt just a bit faster and easier today, maybe because I started with the beautiful ab sculpt and my abs were prepped. Day 5: way less breaks, I did most completely without stops. I can tolerate plank jacks. But 3rd round was so difficult. Day 6: first of all I can't believe I made it this far, I'm still slow on some of the moves but I don't stop anymore, and it has become slightly easier to do. Day 7: I finished omg I never thought I would. Day 7 was the hardest for me, I did the before and after pictures and didn't notice any changes. I was expecting it but I just need to work my body a little more, after all I've only been doing this for a month.
I did all of today’s videos, and came back to say I am in! Girl, you KILLED me today!! I am writing this from beyond the grave. Excited to see how much better I’ll get at this video by the end of the week, though!
Just finished my 7 day ab challenge and am proud of my results!:) Every time I did star abs I would yell “IM A F....N STAR” on my last one as motivation haha
No it is. First day wasn't so bad but I'm at day 3 and I had to pause after the 2nd round. It's not helping that it's 43°C outside and the fan is barely cutting it.
Same here! On day 3 now and I had to pause here and there as well.. Thought I was the only one considering how it should get easier as the workout progressed.. Guess we gotta power thru till day 7 and onwards! 💪💪
i think it’s because our abs aren’t getting enough of a break, probably if you come back to the video like a week or two after the challenge it will be a lot easier than day 1
I can't believe i lasted for 7 days. Everyday i thought of giving up several times yet i did it. I feel so good although i didn't lose any weight because of my thyroid condition but i feel stronger.
This is an excellent workout. I just signed up for this challenge but cannot complete it beyond 10 mins. I felt nauseous and felt like fainting. I need to keep working . Please don't push yourself too much. Always listen to your body. Don't be sad if you cannot push till the end. You will get there gradually. If you feel nauseous like I did, please stop and work again when you feel alright. Your body cannot take up an intense workout all of a sudden. Remember to warm up ( I forgot it 😢).Stay hydrated. ( I think I was dehydrated). Be patient with yourself and I will be doing this again tomorrow. 😉
I’m doing the seven day abs and I’ll try to remember to put my results on this comment. Please help keep me motivated!! Day 1: I am doing the May calendar and so I had already done 3 other videos before this one and I was already soooo tired. I didn’t think I would make it through round two. On the last round I had to modify some of the exercises to be able to keep pushing but my mind felt great! Day 2: Today definitely went a lot faster. I found myself looking at the timer a lot less and just tried to enjoy it. It honestly felt really great. To anyone else doing the challenge, you’ve got this!! And even if you feel like you can’t commit (I’ve had trouble with this too) just try to do the video every other day or two or even once a week. Whenever is good for you. Know that I’m cheering for you all! Day 3: Sorry for not actually posting the third day. I always do the workouts before bed but I had a panic attack in the evening the third day and didn’t feel like working out so I went to sleep. So I will be doing two days of workouts today. Anyway, today went way faster and I was able to get through with only doing water breaks in between rounds. I also tried not to do modified on the third round. Cassey’s energy and motivation really helps me get through. We’ve got this!! Day 4: The workout gets easier every day. I felt super accomplished after today because I have always had a hard time committing and not just doing a skip day which turns into never again. I only had to do modified on the flutters because I can always feel my lower back coming up and I don’t want to hurt it. Have an amazing day!! 😉 Day 5: I can totally feel everything getting stronger. I am able to do every thing not modified. I’m getting kind of tired of this video but I have loved to see my progress from the beginning to now. Good luck and keep it up!! Day 6: Not much to say except that my core feels a lot stronger than it did six days ago and I’m so excited that I’ve been doing this for a week! Day 7: !!!! I can’t believe that I did this for a whole week. My core is so strong after one week! I’m so proud of myself and everyone else that did this challenge. Even if you only did it once, that is better than nothing. As long as you gave it your all. Don’t try to perfect, just practice. Thanks for motivating me. Haha. ❤️
Moopkin 8 you’ve got this!!! I hope to do the same but my life’s kinda chaotic and mental health really bad right now but I’m proud of myself for doing this video at least once for today. I believe in you and I’m rooting you on. Feel free to reply to this if you wanna chat or need any further motivation❤️
lani Thomas thank you so much. I’m also dealing with many mental issues and so i thought I would try to push myself. I have a very hard time leaving my bed in the day so I figured I should try to do something. Just know that you aren’t alone and there are so many people rooting for you. Even if you can only do one video a week that is awesome. Don’t go at the pace of others. Go at the pace of yourself. Take one day at a time and enjoy it ☺️
Iاحمد الشريف I had Greek yogurt often and I’m a huugggee sweets person so I mainly just tried to cut back on that. I also didn’t have white bread and cereal.
The moment she ask "how you doing? Feeling good?" I'm like "noooo..im dead😭😭 " Why can I not compete the full video?😭 I hope on the 7th day I can complete whole 3 rounds..*finger crossed*✨🧿
just go slowly, take deep breaths in and out and don't stress over it- I am sure that you will be able to finish the whole routine by the end of this week!! Keep it going :)
Let me just say to you guys: It is so great that you show up for yourself it's not about how many xecerises you can do or how long you do them or if yours doing modifications, what matters is consistency, keep it up girlie I'm so proud of you ❤
I’m in! Day one: Hard. I’m so sweaty. But I feel better about myself Day two: No motivation to do this at all. But I did i feel better and i am going to download her app!!
I'm here on the 17th march workout calendar and i have to say I've always hated the cardio pilates (the videos she made for these challenges) not because they're not amazing but because they were so difficult for me to do and I'd die just a few minutes in or have to stop. Today i surprised myself with this particular video that it didn't feel as horrible as before but i could last much longer! There is progress :') thank you Cassey!
Wow for the first time we r doing all the rounds together, usually she is cheating us by saying "and guys this was ur round one, make sure to do it three more times " 😂😂😂😂
I started this journey today after I felt that my health, weight, and happiness are nowhere near satisfactory for me. Day 1 completed ✅ Hope I’ll finally be happy with myself! Edit: I quit after day 1 and now restarted! I’ve successfully completed 4 days so far Day 5 ✅ Day 6 ✅ Day 7 ✅ I did it!!!! I see changes in my waist, my body and my mentality. Thank you blogilates for your amazing videos which gave me inspiration to begin working out consistently.
Thank you so much for doing these videos - they inspire me to workout and reach my goal because they are actually REALISTIC!!! So many influencers photoshop their workout pictures and it just means you end up setting unrealistic standards, so THANK YOU SO MUCH
A year ago, this was my first ever workout video I did from Cassey, around the time the 7 day ab challenge officially began. Back then, I could barely do one round without feeling so out of breath and feeling like I want to literally die. Flash forward to one year later, today I did all three rounds without stopping!! Life really works wonders when you keep pushing forward to get to where you want to be despite all the challenges, put-downs, and self doubts along the way. To all of you who are reading this, regardless of where you are in your fitness/life journey, I wish you all good luck and to stay strong, because perseverance and determination really rewards you with beautiful destinations in the end!! 🙌🙌
Day 1: Not bad, plank jacks hurt my right shoulder a bit, but I pushed through Day 2: OK, my right shoulder hurts more now, and funnily enough, the squat jumps are making my calves sore Day 3: My calves are killing me and I did the modification (squats) all three rounds, but I hung in there Day 4: Back to jump squats and my right shoulder didn't hurt as much. Finally getting easier! Day 5: Easiest day so far, least amount of modifying. Feeling good! Day 6: Weekend workouts always feel harder than during the week, but still going strong! Day 7: 7 days is the perfect length for this challenge, because I'm definitely feeling the fatigue and a little tired of the repetitiveness. But I'm still so happy I did this and I gave it everything I had left today!
What this video has taught me: how long 45 seconds and how short 15 seconds can feel
This is so real!!
Agreed!!!
So true!
boom inyourface why is that so true?! 🥴 It’s like 60 secs go by so fast, but then you say hold a plank for 60 secs and time goes super slow. 😣🤣
Feel you 🤣🤣🤣🤣
For everybody who’s struggling- we don’t stop when we’re tired, we stop when we’re done 💪🏻💪🏻 and we got this
Hania Preach👏👏👏
YESSSS!
Hania are we really supposed to do all of the listed each day? First day and i am ded!!!
David Goggins! :)
@@meloduple Same it was really discouraging, especially yesterday. This is clearly not for beginners or people who are out of shape.
IF ANYONE IS READING THIS LOOK YOURSELF IN THE MIRROR AND TELL YOURSELF YOU ARE AMAZING PRETTY AND BEAUTIFUL AND STRONG I KNOW YOU GOT THIS
thankyou

Some workouts make me realize how hard I can be with myself. I was so mad at myself for not being able to do all the moves properly or struggling to keep up with the rythm, whereas I should be proud of my body for eveything it allows me to do! So let's all be kind to ourselves and learn to respect and love our bodies :)
I needed to be reminded of this, so thank you so much
i just read this comment and was like wow... this is truly speaking to me and then i realized we have the same name! hello fellow juliette
Exactly. The first time doing this I did it over 14 days instead of 7, so I had a break every other day. This time I've mixed to make my own shorter workouts tailored to me. Go with what your body says
Thanks . I needed that 🙏🙏☺️
This is precisely why the comment section on blogilates' youtube is the best thing ever. 💪❤️
Every other company during lockdown: *closing*

this comment is underrated
AHAHAHAHAH yes omg
I want to like your comment so badly... but it has 666 upvotes... I wasn't made for ruining things like that... But I sure give you a virtual like
I swear to god that 15 second break doesn’t even exist
amelia sissons so true!! Haha
I literally bring my legs down from the hip twists and shes already doing plank jacks
So true 👍 😂
Feels
I feel dead IF that’s what u’re asking bout
Cassey: "Just listen to the music"
Me: can't even hear the music over my asthmatic wheezing
Omg same!! XD
🤣🤣🤣🤣
😂😂 saaaamee
me too!
Me too
I love that Cassey's videos have no cuts, and she is really doing the workouts with all of us. Makes it more real. Here for the 21-day tone challenge!
I finally realized that yesterday! It helped me keep going, lol.
me too! It’s day 2 for this challenge
I agree
How is it going my friend
@@alot4228 I stopped doing the challenge because I started working out every day! my legs have gone down 2cm! thanks for checking up on me :)
im so sad how everyone is just focusing on Chloe Ting, I mean ofc she is amazing but do you know from how long this queen is uploading regularly for us?
I agree!!! sis been here for so long yet so underrated for some reason
I support both but I've been with blogilates since 2014, so she will always be No1 for me
Yeah like Chloe tings challenges don't offer you really good reasults
I agree. I tried one of her challenges before I started the April calendar and I really didn’t get results. I feel like they are workouts that are more structured towards beginners so they just appeal to a different audience.
yes yes yes!!!! chloe ting is great but i have been supporting cassey for 6+ years now

NOODLE LEGS BE REAL
I did modifications for almost all of the exercises and still can’t decide if I’m going to throw up 🤢
Her name is cassey :)
Btw I make vids you can check em out if you have time
SAME!! hahhahahhaha *instead of laughing im wheezing*
😂😂😂 hahaha .. ecjactlyy man
Who else stops exactly when the timer goes “ding” and not when Cassey says “3,2,1”? Lol
Mee, enough 45s, I'm not adding more 🤣
K Cloud me!!!!
lol the bell dismisses me, not you
I just do whichever comes first 😂
;)))mee
I physically don’t understand how it is possible for the 15 second break to be the same amount of time as the last 15 seconds of plank jacks
See :Einstein's Relativity Theory
😂🤣
How nearly tho
Who knew that double leg lifts would bring me such joy, man these cardio moves are kicking my butt
I KNOW RIGHT
I love the double leg lifts. I'm on day 5 now and I feel myself getting stronger
Take care, y'all ❤️
ty for this comment
Love you ❤️
Is this exercise suitable for belly fat?
THANK YOU 🙏🏽
literally radiating a glow, she's seriously glowing like a Goddess
I’ve been in the hospital for a week and literally haven’t moved my body anything other than for essential things. Decided I was gonna do this workout. I had to do all the moderated moves and I could only do two rounds but I’m proud of myself for getting up and trying to work trough my post hospital depression. Thanks cass
Make sure to give tour body the proper rest to recover ❤️ also, even if you couldn’t do it all this time, if you continue it will get easier!
@@fellowdesparado thank you so much. i have done this the last 4 days and i am finelly able to do the whole thing with modefications but i am super happy
Keep going and keep trying and you’ll get stronger 🥰
You did amazing!!!! Even I skipped some of the moves.. 🤫
Hedda Holberg yessss!! I can’t do a plank for very long, but I’m working on it!
I can't believe it. I was going to skip today because of period cramps, but instead I decided to try. AND I FINISHED THE WHOLE THING WITHOUT EXTRA BREAKS OR MODIFICATIONS. I didn't think that was possible.
So FREAKIN PROUD OF YOU💪🏼
yay !! GO OFF SIS
me too!! you go girl!
i’m on my period and OMG this is HELL how did you do it
Cassey: "Hope you feel good!"
My husband, after doing the workout with me: "Shut up Cassey! No I don't! " *crying*
😆
I truly cry everytime Casey gets up and is like “WOOOOOOP YOU READY LETS GO” a queen cause I’m on the floor as we speak dying
😂😂😂 me too. I'm like girl give me like 30 seconds I cannot keep up lol
Lmao same, I power through the workouts but man do I ugly cry 😝
Yep
Not excited for tmr tho :(
Day 5: DONE: HATE THE squat jumps.
Doly Banik i’m so proud of you!!🥰🥰 i hope i can get the same results
Amazing job!
congrats!
@@kathrynpham4927 Did you only do this one for 20 minutes? or other video
sofi posada it took me around 25 minutes. i took pretty short breaks
I completed this 7 day ab challenge! It is the first I've ever completed and I'm so happy, it was so hard and I hated how I felt but it's nice to see a change. I lost a lot around my waist compared to what I thought would happen!
11th Feb measurements (a day or two before I joined the challenge)
Waist: 81cm
Hips: 92cm
Thigh: 62cm
Arms: 30cm
20th Feb (challenge completed)
Waist: 77cm
Hips: 90cm
Thighs: 63cm
Arms: 29cm
So it really did take a lot off my waist which I'm happy about ^-^ it's inspired me to keep working out and see more of a physical change.
Good job! You should be very proud! You’ve made great progress, don’t give up!
I know I’m late but I’m so happy for you! it must be a great feeling :)
Thanks for sharing! Great job!
15 seconds is barely enough time for me to find the inner strength to allow myself to move into position for the next move
YellowHappiness just pause the video, take a break and continue. That’s what I did and it worked. Although, I couldn’t get to finish the whole workout, just listen to your body and don’t feel bad for not keeping up! Something is better than nothing, so keep trying girl!
pause and take a longer break!!! DON’T LEAVE THE WORKOUT HALF WAY!! if u started it why not finish it!!
I didn't realize how out of shape I had become since quarantine until I started this 😂 Yay for progress and continuous self-development!
Yay! Me too
My six year old was doing this with me and said the star abs are like a Transformer unfolding. 😂 So he’s calling them Transformer abs.
that's adorable haha
So cute!! 😊
Aww
haha that's so funny :D
Completely going to shout "IM A TRANSFORMER" for motivation now! THats cute
Anyone here for the 21-day tone challenge? Wishing all of us luck
Yes!!! This is intense but we can totally do it!!
yes!! we got this
Yes! I just did and the star abs were the hardest and the plank pikes. I am still sore from yesterday's video lol
omg! yesss. but my legs died in the jumping squats after yesterdays workout.
@@BlackWhite-nx6jw same here! My legs were like jello by the third round of jump squats.

Literally!!!
I wanted SO badly to call it quits after round 2, but the thought of giving up hurt my pride and I said out loud "I will finish this, I'm strong, I can do this" and managed to perform the last round better than the first two! Cassie's tip "the mind wants to give up before the body" helps me so much.
Cassey at 6 minutes in: I’m starting to sweat

SO LETS SO THISSS:
day 1: I thought this wouldn't be too hard since I love doing ab workouts... BUT I WAS WRONG
I'm Soooo tired, the hardest had to be jump squats however once the workout was done I didn't feel a burn for the rest of the day.
day 2: I did it but my arms hurt bad. I don't feel a burn in my abs though
day 3: My body is getting more used to the movements yieee.... Im excited to try the 2nd video tomorrow!
day 4: My arms don't hurt anymore! My body is getting used to the movements and I really enjoyed the 2nd video!
day 5: I don't stop and sweat as much as I used to... The movements are gradually getting easier
day 6: I had 5 mins of the workout left but my mom made me stop😂😂 I feel a lot stronger today
day 7: DONE!!!! I feel solo good and my abs are definitely more clear and strong!
Im little late to this challange but still Im at the day 2 feeling bad about myself and thinking to quit until I saw your comments.now I want to keep going.Thank you :)
did you lost any inch🥺
I almost gave up...I did everything twice but almost said, "okay tomorrow I will try it for three!!" Then I saw the inspirational comments. An said no I can do this third one, even if it's not going to be perfect. An I did it!!! I love her videos 😍, thank you for all that you do.💗
Still blows my mind how Cassey can still talk normally through these workouts, while I'm dying 🤧🥵
same thoughts! she really is amaaaaazing!!!
I wheeze in-between words
And without breaks
Is this exercise suitable for belly fat
I'm thinking of making a video of my progress after I finish this challenge! let me know if you're interested :) stay strong and positive --> here's the video th-cam.com/video/bRfCBWNu2D0/w-d-xo.html

After round two: "There are THREE rounds??"
During round three: "noooooooooo"

THIS!!! HAHAHA
I’m In! (I’ll post updates everyday for a week)
Day 1: It was worse than what it actually sounded, but I got through it.
It just sucks because I’m never gonna lose weight.
awesome job!!! ikr? eating healthy has always been a struggle for me, but we can do it!
eating healthy is a struggle my issue is and has been carbs I LOVE them!!! so this willl be hard. but I hope it is worth it and it helps me hahaha
It WILL get easier.
@@blogilates no it doesn't for me😔

day 17! one more video to go. i'm so proud of myself, i've been working out every day for the last 4 weeks (what an accomplishment for me! it takes so much willpower) and i feel so much stronger and fitter! i did take longer breaks but i finished the workout, i'm drenched but i'm so grateful and happy for how far i've come. thank you!

I was wondering how you did 2 days when it's just a little over 24hrs since she uploaded the video🤔
This is one of the few vids that I'm so RELUCTANT to do during the monthly calendar. But it's also the one where I feel the most proud every single time I finish it!
Me: scrolling through the comments to see how many people have suffered 😂
shreya j army?
Same 😂😂😂
oops same
Same!!! But I'm going to try this hahahaha
shreya j OMG LITERALLY ME RN😰🤪
Who else is just scrolling through the comments procrastinating...cause same 😭
why did you just attack me??? lmao!
I feel u
Yep
Thank you so much. So anxious to even start day 1 because i tear myself down if i cant do it all.
Day 1: ok this looked way easier than it was to do.
Day 2: the plank jacks are absolutely killing me
Day 3: I still haven't mastered plank jacks and I think I got a little lazy today but tomorrow I'll try harder.
Just finished my 7 day ab challenge and am proud of my results!:)
Every time I did star abs I would yell “IM A F....N STAR” on my last one as motivation haha
biggest motivator was my 7 yr old daughter coming to join! gotta stay strong and focused! I think she also really enjoyed Cassey's energy :)
does anyone else feel like this workout is getting harder as the days go on, not easier! 😂
Happy to see I'm not the only one😅 I thought I was progressing backwards, not like the other people who seems to find everyday easier🤷♀️
i think it’s because our abs aren’t getting enough of a break, probably if you come back to the video like a week or two after the challenge it will be a lot easier than day 1
So much, its my 6th day today and i thought im going to feel easier but i almost give up but thankfully im stronger than my emotions so i crash it!😅
I can't believe i lasted for 7 days. Everyday i thought of giving up several times yet i did it. I feel so good although i didn't lose any weight because of my thyroid condition but i feel stronger.
Day 4 and I already memorized the whole video, not only the workouts but also everything cassey says... hahaha
Cassey: Last flutters give me all you got!!
Me: *pouring sweat* DONT HAVE THAT MUCH IN ME CASS
Day 5: I can totally feel everything getting stronger.
Take one day at a time and enjoy it ☺️
Moopkin 8 thank you, that is so incredibly nice and it means a lot. I’m proud of you, keep up the good work!
Can you tell us what did you eat?
Iاحمد الشريف I had Greek yogurt often and I’m a huugggee sweets person so I mainly just tried to cut back on that. I also didn’t have white bread and cereal.
The moment she ask "how you doing? Feeling good?"
I'm like "noooo..im dead😭😭 "
Why can I not compete the full video?😭
I hope on the 7th day I can complete whole 3 rounds..*finger crossed*✨🧿
Have a rest and do the other rounds later! I paused so much during this, hoping by the end of the week I'll be able to get through it all in one go!!
You've got this! Take breaks and go to your own rhythm! You can do it!
just go slowly, take deep breaths in and out and don't stress over it- I am sure that you will be able to finish the whole routine by the end of this week!! Keep it going :)
@@ellieclark1923 same I made it through but it took longer because I paused.
I also had to stop today in the second round!! I was exhausted and I think it's partially because I didn't eat enough right before! I hope so too!
Let me just say to you guys:
It is so great that you show up for yourself it's not about how many xecerises you can do or how long you do them or if yours doing modifications, what matters is consistency, keep it up girlie I'm so proud of you ❤
I’m in!
Day one: Hard. I’m so sweaty. But I feel better about myself
Day two: No motivation to do this at all. But I did i feel better and i am going to download her app!!
natalie vance Day 3?
When Cassey said
*good job we’ve nearly finished the FIRST ROUND*
All the water in my stomach just went :
*✊🏼😭🤨🤢🥴*
THIS MADE MY DAY RIGHT HERE
guys i have a question, are we going to make this video every day for the 21-day challenge?
Idk if I should say “I’m in!” or “I’m scared” 😂
Alliah Patricio I agreed. Started a day later.
or "im screwed"
I'm always scared when it comes to Cassey's workouts! Haha we got this!!
Valery S nope summer sculpt was first
angelica ok, ma bad then... maybe hvn't come across yet )) anyway we rarely hv such a pleasure to do all the rounds together))
There is also a PIIT video with all four rounds :)
Valery S I am also excited that we can do all 3 rounds with her!
idk why she said it will get easier because it gets worse everyday AND NOW WE HAVE A SECOND VIDEO
Yeah and it’s somehow worse than this one.
Wait did we have to do the other one to make the 7 day ab challenge to work? Jus asking
To be honest i love it when you do it with us.. and whenever you're like do it 3 more times i usually skip that 😂
I started this journey today after I felt that my health, weight, and happiness are nowhere near satisfactory for me.
Day 1 completed ✅
Hope I’ll finally be happy with myself!
Edit: I quit after day 1 and now restarted!
I’ve successfully completed 4 days so far
Day 5 ✅
Day 6 ✅
Day 7 ✅
I did it!!!!
I see changes in my waist, my body and my mentality. Thank you blogilates for your amazing videos which gave me inspiration to begin working out consistently.
Her hair always looks great after a workout while I look like I got attacked by bees🤣
honestly same
Sameeee
Yeah.. it gets all sweaty. I just was washed my hair yesterday.. and now it's dirty again ಥ‿ಥ
i learned through this workout how weak my arms are
Thank you so much for doing these videos - they inspire me to workout and reach my goal because they are actually REALISTIC!!!
Ok I really didn’t think this would be that bad but holy moly that literally killed me
Day 1: Not bad, plank jacks hurt my right shoulder a bit, but I pushed through
Day 2: OK, my right shoulder hurts more now, and funnily enough, the squat jumps are making my calves sore
Day 3: My calves are killing me and I did the modification (squats) all three rounds, but I hung in there
Day 4: Back to jump squats and my right shoulder didn't hurt as much.
But I'm still so happy I did this and I gave it everything I had left today!
currently doing this months calendar. I am DYING meanwhile she's doing voiceovers while calmly doing jump squats. WHAT SORCERY IS THIS?
haha saaaame
IKR 😂
Cassey is so pure. Whenever I'm dealing with mean, awful people, I shut myself in my room and do a Blogilates workout. Works every time!
