Nice left and right click pads, numberpad included, camera up top. Check, check, check. Those things count a lot and they also added a 90 whr battery.
Finally a laptop which can game, look good and do productivity tasks at the office without losing battery life all the time. Count me in

I was already deciding to buy the TUF fx505dt already but this just made it even batter with a more low profile design which I love, probably gonna be my next laptop depending on the price 😆

The fact that the high end A15 has Ryzen 9 4900HS and RTX 2060 Max-Q along with that 90Wh battery that cost equal to the base model of ROG Zephyrus G15? Amazing! Might be getting that instead of ROG. :D

please, for an fx504gm laptop any fix with cpu thrtottle and laptop freeze? I tried Intel extreme utility and throttlestop and none of them work, could it be a fix if I buy a larger charger, the one with 180w? any fan control software update on fx504 please?

Depends on what you do.
Software developers/gamers/office workers don't need high color gamut. Those who need that high of a gamut are people who work in the creative industry and frankly speaking, laptop displays can't beat an external monitors when it comes to color performance.

I think it'll be the same price point. RTX and 144hz are coming down in price and becoming more accessible because the high end machines are all on RTX Super and these crazy 300hz displays now

Oh God I just have to hold out till the end of March. I was so close to buying the fx505dt till I saw this. I desperately need a laptop for grad school but I'm on a tight budget. But if I have to, I will fucking carry my damn pc to uni and just wait for this bad boy to hit the market.
Edit: Welp. Turns out I could not hold on. I badly needed a laptop and I just so happen stumbled upon a tuf fx505dt which was on sale for like 30% off. It was a deal I could just not ignore. Anyway, judging from a lot of speculations, the new A17 would cost more than the original tuf series since it carries the new 4000 series ryzen.

Yeah this is why im thinking about returning it after just 1 day, thing sounded like an airplane just running a basic game like league - my 10 year old laptop made the same sounds. Shouldn't be heating up like an old laptop would

Could you please justify to me (the layman in thermodynamics) why have you blocked the vents underneath the fans and half of the side vent? Removing the backplate lowers the CPU and GPU temperatures by more than 10 deg. C...
This laptop is such a great combination of electronics (except for the screen, obviously...) at even greater price...why (apparently...) are you ruining its capability to cool?

Only if you chose the variant with smaller (48Wh) battery. If you don't, then you'll have much bigger battery and expandable memory using a M.2 drive.
