Matt, you may be focusing on bhp from the manufacturer which is measured at the crank. Dynos provide horsepower & torque figures to the wheels. You will lose horsepower in the drivetrain especially on an all wheel drive vehicle.
a tip : watch movies on flixzone. Been using them for watching loads of movies during the lockdown.

The stripe actually looks amazing. Ties the black roof and the front grill together really well. Surprisingly, I think it worked out better!
You have a flickering right hand number plate light, saw it when you were on the Dyno.... Love the vids!
Most Audi number plate lights have brass tabs connecting the unit to the car & they corrode on older ones making am intermittent contact. Also screws are usually seized on old units & shear off when changing

Need a matching boot stripe or go black on the bonnet to match the top of the car. But the stripes do add at least 5bhp lol. Can't wait to see what new coil packs do for the car. Another great video. Keep up the good work, Mat. 👍
I have been following this build from the first video where you snagged the Audi... I honestly don't even know how it popped into my feed to be honest. I had a similar coil pack problem with my Cayenne turbo. Its best to replace all of them at the same time, to avoid rough idling, cutting out, power loss etc.

Do a full scan and check motor mounts, the 4.2 has hydraulic motor mounts with resistors that when they go bad the fluid leaks out and they detect too much vibration in high rpms and pull power from the fuel system, causing random misfires on cylinders . Just dealt with it on mine

Just a suggestion, perhaps you've said that you will do something about it but, then i've forgotten/ missed it. You should have that front lip made black and same goes for the side-view mirrors. So they match the rest of the chrome delete that you've done. Otherwise, great looking car, great looking videos, always nice and entertaining to watch. I actually really liked the stripe going down the hood!
Bonnet strip actually looks decent wasn’t expecting it 😂 should wrap the bottom splitter black to blend with the grill!

Do the stripe on the other side as well. Should look much better. I have used baking powder mixed with water to make a paste and spread on the vinyl for about 10 mins before to remove oil on a white wrap. Worked really well.

Change the fuel filter it's normally what brings down power with a bad fuel filter nd upgrade your PCV. Also add the oil catch can to minimize the carbon buildup

id recommend a carbon clean style service , if available near your area , not so much for the carbon , but the ressurection of the injector spray pattern , injectors may be reading ok and spraying fuel , but if the spray pattern is weak the fuel isnt mixing as good and will reduce power , just food for thought ? please reply with your thoughts?

Have you tried applying a little bit of heat from a wrap gun to the dull areas on the bonnet? Might restore some of the gloss?
