Just a little trick: mine seized before I could get all of them on my parchment. I added a very small Pat of butter and a small splash of milk, beat without heat, and they came back beautifully!
This woman knows how to cook! Watch her techniques. The wood spoon. How she holds her pan. She's done this for years. I never trust a cook that doesn't eat on camera what she cooks. She's a real hero in the kitchen.
WOW! Those look great. I love your cool, smart, relaxed style in front of the camera. You are a natural. What a classy lady. Wish you were my neighbor. God bless and thanks for the recipe. I definitely gonna try it
Thanks for this easy recipe. 1 c Brown sugar 1 c White sugar 1/2 c evaporated milk Pinch of salt Half stick Or 4 tablespoons butter 1 1⁄2 c pecans 1 tsp vanilla Looks delicious. Can't wait to try it out!!
Sometime try this recipe with Buttermilk instead of canned milk, that is the true Southern Pralines recipe. My son went to Tulane U. in New Orleans and one of the local studens mother gave him some and he got her recipe. Butterrmilk cuts some of the over sweetness of it.
Woo Hoo, am I glad I found you!!! You're a God Send. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful recipe, and the knowledge of how the candy is sold in your area. I'm definitely going to make a batch with a bit of a twist as I have all the ingredients on hand.
Oh Christy...l saved this to my playlist. I'm so looking forward to having a praline, it's been years! They look delicious! 😋 Thank you for sharing your recipe 🥰
❤This recipe is tried and true! I really enjoyed making these pralines! Thanks for sharing your recipe. I’m about to make some more right now. Easy recipe, edible in minutes! 🤗🥣

This is looking so yummilicious and appetizing recipe....Looks finger liking good. Perfect blend of flavours and ingredients. It came out perfect. Thanks so much for sharing.
I love this recipe. You mentioned Texas. I live in San Antonio Texas. I also love the Vanilla from Mexico but I'm almost out. You mentioned a Flea Market. If you are near San Antonio please let me know where you go to a Flea market to buy the Vanilla. I really appreciate your great recipes.
We are in North Texas so we are about five hours away from you. I don’t know of any places that direction that sell it but I’m sure if you look at flea markets you could find it happy hunting ❤️
Pecan Praline 1 cup brown sugar 1 cup white sugar ½ cup evaporated milk pinch of salt ½ stick butter 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup halves ½ cup pieces Pecans Combine brown sugar, white sugar and milk. Bring to a rolling boil. Stir for four minutes. Remove from heat. Add salt, butter, vanilla and pecans. Stir to combine and spoon onto parchment paper.
This is a very easy recipe I really loves this recipe I watch so many TH-cam channels how to make pecans candy’s everyone of them it was so hard that take to long so I going to find me a pecans candy that want take long to make You are wonderful thank you that was really easy
I am so proud of myself, I followed you step by step and they turned out so delicious!!! This is not only delicious but easy to make too. Thanks for sharing your recipe .
Yum!!! I love that you use a Revere Ware pan (I inherited my grandmother's Revere Ware), that you use Mexican vanilla (THE best stuff, IMHO, and more important to bring back from across the border than booze), and that you have a cute little dog in the kitchen. 🙂
Yummy they look so good I will make these , you are so pleasant to listen too. Thought your order recipe look so good. I can’t eat chocolate so can not have those. Thanks!!
This was my first time looking at your video and my granddaughter does a lot of baking and cooking and when I saw this video it is perfection to me because it is quick and easy and when you have to put out products for certain way you want any hack that would enhance what you are already doing thumbs up for you❤
Hi Christy ! I loved this video. I’ve made lots and lots of candy but I’ve never made pralines. They always looked like they be hard to make. You have given me the confidence to want to try these this weekend. You are a sweetheart! Thank you so much. ❤️

These do look good! Here in Missouri, pecans are expensive so I could understand them charging $3.00 each. But I still wouldn't buy them for that price. I'd rather make my own! Great video
Just found your praline recipe yum!!! Can't wait to try it. If it works out I think it'll be my Christmas gift candy this year. I also live in texas. East of Dallas.
