  • In this customer spotlight we see what size tires you can run on a bone stock JL Sport without any clearance issues both on and off-road. Then we install a 3.5” lift kit and test fit larger tires and see how the JL Sport handles some light off-roading to build this customer’s dream JL.

It makes the stock jeep look like it's wearing clown shoes. If you have that need for off-road tires, then you're going to need to get some additional lift at minimum.

Looks great with the 37s, love my Nitto M/Ts!

One of the better straight to the point videos I've seen, well done.

Informative, and I really appreciate the fact that it shows clearance using Sport/Sahara fenders and such, but to many Jeep Wrangler videos involve installing lifts and much larger wheels/tires only to be followed up by a cruise down just a dirt road with a few humps.

Really good straightforward vid. Proper backspacing=no control arm rub. Anyone over at XT tried trimming the stock fenders on a JL?

Mopar lift with 37s is working great on my JLUR.

One thing that is never mentioned in these videos is the spare tire. I put 33s on my JL and have issues with my backup sensors catching the tire and my back up camera cover won't fit anymore. The tpms on the driver side rear won't read. It did for the first couple of miles then just turned red and never came back. Rotated tires and the one that worked no longer works in that location. Looks good though. :)

like the look of the 35s way better. good video. helps with decision between 2-2.5 and 3.5-4. Definately going with bigger lift👍

I went to smaller tires on my JK (16 inch)and it has made a world of difference in handling and ride. Much improved.

I got the exact same Jeep and I’ll prob get the same lift you got since you said it was fairly inexpensive and throw some 37” tires

👍35s are my preferred tire size on a 3-4" lift. Great vid.
