B is rapidfire - A is jittery sometimes. Both are solid, but I choose B
Is it much better than Skyzone 03O? I just bought one and is in transport from China. What got my attention is that you will replace yours from this Eachine. Is it so much better?
B does look better.....
A is fatsharks with rapidfire. B is eachine ev300o with rapidmix
I think that the colors and contrast look better in "B" but the reception is (slightly) cleaner in "A"

Agree. I have skyzone 030 and get better reception with stock receiver over rapid fire for some reason. But I'll take it. Easier to use skyzones built in receiver over velcroing a module bay and receiver. Maybe the module bay is the problem instead of being directly plugged in to a pair of goggles with a built in bay.
A: cleaner picture
B: better image, dynamic range, contrast, and colors.

I own the SkyZone 03o's & they're pretty great. Glad to see Eachine & SkyZone partnering up on these. Rapidmix looks like it works well & incredibly similar to Rapidfire in this test run. Good job choosing a challenging environment for them, too.
"B" seem to be marginally better. I'd take either, which is a fantastic job for Eachine, considering the cost difference.
Well... I just watched the video in my smart TV - as I always do BTW. It's an LG with all those things... 4k and so on. And honestly? I really can't see much difference!

The colors overall in b look slot cleaner and vivid. The reception between the two are really close.
I like my Skyzone O30 . Great screen. Not a great built in module, but for 400 with a module, they work.
Thank you Albert! Great job. I couldn't see a big difference. After watching it a second time I'm going with B. I would be happy with either A or B. But, and this my opinion, for the money I think I would give Eachine a chance because both worked for me! Spend less on goggles, buy more quads. :) Happy flying!
A is the RapidFire and HDO2, B is the EV300O. I could only make it out at the end right before you went up the stairs but I guessed it was this way long before then with the quality of the DVR. I think they both look great and I'd love to have either. I do think the HDO2s just barely win over the EV300Os but it's such a small margin I couldn't tell the difference in a blind test.
My "GOLD STANDARD" is HDO2 with the NBD Foam is a must have, with the TBS FUSION!

For safety flight, A is I feel better than B because the signal seems to be more stable than B.
B temps to be show well colored images aritificially.
Anyway, the differences are so small and Eachine still has antenna diversity option. So I wanna try Eachine.
Fairly equal. To me it seemed like B had just a tiny bit more static, while A turned black and white more. My guess is A is rapidfire because I remember seeing it turn black and white in some other tests somewhere. Regardless it seems like a very good goggle that eachine have here.
Video on the right image is more "flyable" with slightly less breakup. Is that because I'm right eye dominant? ... perhaps, but it seems more stable to me. Both are close with respect to detail and resolution; the only main difference is saturation, with neither being objectionable.
I'm in agreement with, Dan Copithorne and those that see "B" with better and warmer colors and contrast, and "A" having slightly clearer reception and cooler colors. Both did very well, so if I had to guess "A" is the Eachine EV3000. And of course that's highly debatable.

I like the updated TBS module better than the Rapidfire. I sold the Rapidfire and put the Fusion on my DJI goggles

Very dificult to see a difference. I am guessing A is the Eachine, but I am just guessing at this point. Very impressive goggles from Eachine, to be as good as the fatshark with rapidfire 🤯 looking forward to your full review, since those EV300O might be my next pair 👍👌
Hmm...still expensive and they are analogue, but something tells me these may well be the very best for whoops that are too small for DJI? Especially for those of us with ageing eyesight. If price was no object would you choose these or the overweight sea predator brand?
To tell you the truth they both looked great with the signal quality looking very similar , if anything like another commenter said B is a tad brighter and has slightly better contrasts. But they are both images I could live with.
Will other modules fit?
As with the ev300d i was very limited
I have HD3s and love the FOV. How would these compare to the HD3s real world comparison? FOV can be odd to judge from manufacturer to manufacturer...
Does anyone have any feedback on this?
If B is a Eachine which I think they are than I've done the best purchase(preorder) in 3 years of flying FPV so yeah I think A is FS wiw Rapidfire. Not much of a difference. On B the image is crispier. Thx for this review.
I think B slightly less glitchy and better image of times.
Breakup on A is a little better overall I think, but B seems like a better picture...very close tho!

Do you know if people with astigmatism can use them?
I have mild astigmatism and can see clearly on the EV300O's but not the HDO2's. If your astigmatism is severe, you'll probably see it blurry because the lenses won't correct for severe cases.

Even the menu is exactly the same as skyzone, I have the skyzone 030s, u think it would be worth buying these? Or stick with the 030s? Also, are ther covers for rapid fire or wildfire? Or is it gonna be , we have to buy someone's printed cover? Lastly what about the 289.99 goggles by Xflip, i know you haven't yet reviewed them, but from you gut, where do you believe they stand as far as Which goggles offer the most for the money. ? I understand that they have some pretty decent screens and resolution, 1024×768, (oled*2) and tbey to is a 42 degree for, and they seem to have some nice diopter? Welp, just wondering , as usual Luv your stuff, and always easy to follow and very informative! 👍 in my opinion B is definitely the Rapidmix, and A is the rapidfire!
The EV300O's are basically the SKY03O's but with a better receiver that's on the same level as Rapidfire. Not sure I would say you need to upgrade since you already have the SKY03O's unless you really need better reception. However, it's on sale now for $429 which is not bad!
I think HDO 2 + tbs fusion is the gold standard today
Upgrading to these from my Orqa's with it's poor quality prone to break VRX board. These actually look of better quality. I like the USB-C, Color Options, Scroll Wheels, Better Fan, Adjustable Focus, Swappable Faceplates and Foams. I'll probably just throw the RapidFire from my Orqa's in them. I have my eye on the Camo model

Ok I got the eachine ev300o got it last week and they are pretty camouflage color nices super goggles and got me the shark byte also so im all set up for digital fpv lol 😆😅😄 I like B .
Just got back from watching your Shark Byte vs DJI Vista comparison in this parking garage @500mW. Just wondering what power the VTX was outputting in this analog comparison because it goes so much further than Shark Byte.
You can see it in the OSD... 200mW
@@AlbertKimTV ah of course the OSD info is in the smart audio format. You got far better range and reception with lower power analog than Shark Byte! 👍

Yes, they are about 90 degrees apart
Can you use the rapidfire module on the Eachine EV300O
Yes, but you'll need a custom cover for it.
The module cover looks ugly though, hopefully an aftermarket part fixes that
I think B is the Eachine.
My hopes are B=Each one. Predominantly clearer to my eyes. But both are very similar.
A looked slightly better for reception but very very hard to call a winner there. B had a slightly more saturated image. Just my opinion.
For me, A was JUST slightly better. The image sharpness and saturation in B was better. I think the fact that because it is very difficult to tell the difference and the Eachine module is nearly half the price, this is a triumph for the Eachine module. Immersion RC need to sit up and take note and drop their price!
Boy I just wish that other companies would make digital

I don't see a big difference in picture quality. Can't believe eachine has made a goggle so good.
Reception looks the best on "a", by a small %'tage. So my guess is that is rapid-fire.
Well. Done eachine. Now lower the price about 100$ to put pressure on fatshark, please.
Gold standard would be the orqa fpv1 but that wouldn't be a fair compensation since they are much more expensive

No battery included and that is just a battery only.

My question is, have you any experience with warranty work with eachine? Is it available, or non existent? How about the same question for skyzone.
Since both are from Skyzone, just contact skyzone support. I already heard of some guys with issues on the Eachine EV300O and have gotten them resolved through Skyzone.

As others have said B had a bit more flicker early on, but in the grand scheme of things I don't think I'd pay for RF even if it was A. It's plenty close enough. Eachine may have done it, they just have to have the rest of the experience well covered and be willing to back their product. If so, they probably just struck gold.
If they can keep the price close to $400, it's a good value...
@@AlbertKimTV It already comes with that module, and a feature-set that exceeds the HDO2. Basically if they haven't screwed up something we haven't discovered yet and support it right, I'd be sold.

It looks like A is rapidfire and B is rapidmix. B is more colorful but a bit more noisy. Overall both receivers performs well.
B is the Eachine, the colors look better in B.

Yes, but not in quadversity mode with the Rapidmix. There is a third party receiver mode you can switch to.

I bought a Ev300d, after 6 months...RH screen started to fail intermittently... No customer service, they asked me to repair by myself.... They will never get my money again.

If you are asking this question, the only products you should be considering are RTF starter kits.

You have to have the VTX and the goggle receiver on the same channel. It's a little different from binding.

B has a little more breakups but the quality is better
A- rapidfire, worse colors, better reception. (But honestly, the difference is so unnoticeable. I think Bruce Simpson of rcmodelreviews was getting white flashes on his.)
U don't fly the hd02 because the sky03 look better. 🤫 Sky03 has a more vibrant image people don't realize it.

hey do you have any new test with the steadyview on newer fw? i heard a lot of people are having bad videos with the steadyview curious how it stacks up on newer fw. also whats the module fw on this video?
I'm probably on newer firmware in a more recent video but I have not been keeping track of the different versions. Also, certain cameras have been prone to problems on these receivers. I just drop to legacy mode like I do on the Rapidfire and that solves the problems.

You can tell from the light banding, the other one has many artifacts in for example the sky because that data isn't reconstructed

Could never buy another eachine product there customer service in crap and most of there products are.very cheap quality .and do not last . So there is really no question to ask but thankyou.for your time and testing
I'm sorry guys but I'm gonna be the one to say it but do yourselves a favor and just go DJI it truly is the way of the future. After seeing just how terrible analog is and owning a set of hdo2s with rapid fire there is absolutely no comparison between the two. If you truly want immersive images with no break up and range go DJI.
I know people will argue this but there really are no cons to this system. with the new updates and running 50 mbps you'll never notice the latency. Great review though none the less. I use to be one of those that knocked DJI and then I flew with JID. I will never go back to analog. The only time will be to fly my woops around the house when it's raining and even then you can bet they'll be coming out with a 65mm or 75mm if they haven't already.
Eachine is going the wrong way. What we all want is a $180 ev100 with a larger fov and true diversity
