Do's For acne : morning - take water add pinch of Turmeric, lemon, pepper, salt
Chew nim k patte
Breakfast : oatmeal, sprouts chart, vegetables, besan chilla (add:amla,mint , corriandor) , 2 eggs
Mid morning : coconut water, lemon juice, buttermilk
Lunch : salad, sabji, dal, roti / millets roti , vegetable quina or grilled chicken with brown rise
Evening : green tea / white tea/ hibiscus🌺 tea Nuts / pumpkin seeds
Chew a garlic, 5 min after chew it...
Don't for acne :sugar, cow milk, processed food
