Chew nim k patte
Breakfast : oatmeal, sprouts chart, vegetables, besan chilla (add:amla,mint , corriandor) , 2 eggs
Mid morning : coconut water, lemon juice, buttermilk
Lunch : salad, sabji, dal, roti / millets roti , vegetable quina or grilled chicken with brown rise
