Have one general query on nutrition and diet
I am on fat loss diet
My Maintainance Calaries are 2600-700 out of which i am taking almost 1800 calories a day
in those 1800 calory budget lets say if take rice or lets say chole bhatore or any fast food is that fine or that will impact the fat percentage
i mean if i am into a deficit calory budget and i am taking little fast food i as i am not crossing the daily intake calory budget
Will that help or the choice of food in the deficit calory budget also impact the fat loss journey
If u r on fat loss diet then check how much fat u taken from junk food..bcz bhale hi calory low he lekin fat jyada he then fat nai hoga loss
As long as calorie deficit hai fat loss ho jayega but since this is not a healthy option or a healthy way to do U can only do it sometimes not always...choice of food matters for gut health and skin health too...that's why it's advised to avoid. With the correct choice of food your gut bacteria will be altered in such a way that U will start craving less of such foods ...Haan magar Kabhi Kabhi occasionally chalta hai kyu ki hum insan hai thoda enjoy bhi toh karenge ...
