I went on a date with a girl a couple weeks ago and when she ordered she said “I’ll have the steak”, which was $50 and the most expensive thing on the menu. I told her “no you won’t”, you just have to let them know upfront that you’re not an ATM, and that goes for women everywhere. She didn’t get offended and we’re still seeing each other. She also hasn’t tried that stunt since. I would’ve responded differently if we were at a nice restaurant but most of the meals on the menu were $10-$15 dollars and I don’t even order the expensive stuff for myself.

It depends on your attitude in Thailand. I would normally stay away from the gentlemen’s clubs and go to the dance clubs and very easily pick up women. You obviously can’t have a conversation in a dance club, and I can’t even dance, but women pick up on other signals and you usually can’t have a good conversation with a Thai woman anyway, mostly because of the language barrier. One of the best girlfriends I ever had was a Thai woman. I’d take 20k baht out at the beginning of every month and tell her this is our money for the month and take what you need when you need it leaving the stack of cash on a table. It depends on your attitude in Thailand. I would normally stay away from the gentlemen’s clubs and go to the dance clubs and very easily pick up women. You obviously can’t have a conversation in a dance club, and I can’t even dance, but women pick up on other signals and you usually can’t have a good conversation with a Thai woman anyway, mostly because of the language barrier.
One of the best girlfriends I ever had was a Thai woman. I’d take 20k baht out at the beginning of every month and tell her this is our money for the month and take what you need when you need it leaving the stack of cash on a table.
