    Hello Hannah!!! For today, I chose that session and feel as usual so great even I'm on fasting! Yessss!!! I did it so easily that I'm confident for the next week that I'll live by practicing the dry fasting; Thanks fo all sweet friend and have a wonderful Sunday! Lots of love. Namaste.

    Today I felt really sick cuz I have problems with my stomach and now with this workout a part of the pain is gone. There are many pilates instructors, but ur my favorite one. Im proud to say that since last year Im doing my routines with u. Thank u for the amount of work that ur doing every day.

Just done it and still surprised about your new creations so amazing, fun and above all so effective(my thighs and my obliques have burnt during those new exercises...Hahahaha!!!)!     its was a noce session... only thing is my body is behaving lazy i guess... i cant lean back n lift my feet up for core movements..... i even felt a sharp jolt for the similar exercise but opening n closing legs leaning back...so i didn't do them .... i hope i will b able to do them soon again will try again later with pillow ...
