Everyone gets mad at her, and the Otaku girl who build it starts to cry. The normal guy just say "I will buu you another" and there is where she is told that it is not possible. That's the difference between a toy, and a model. What she broke, was not a toy. It was hours of work. Memories, sadness, rage, expectations, moments, even tears. The model had a piece of the Otaku girl's soul, and that, cannot be bought in the store. So many people just can't understand that concept, something so simple, and that it's just sad.

I understand the gamer guy very well, and I'm a woman. My own PS4 is very dear to me. I bought it with my 1st salary and kept me sane during hard times. Everytime I came back home from work, I always turn it on even just to watch youtube. The machine is already very old and the fan is noisy but everything is very friendly and warm to me especially when you live alone. I've had it for around 10 years now, I bring it everywhere even after marriage and my husband also knows its importance to me. He doesn't actually really get the sentimental value, but at least being a gamer himself he takes care all the consoles and PCs at home

Story 3 the guy is basically a doormat by the fact that he keeps watching that video and isn’t filled with rage. A normal person would sit there and constantly watch their significant other getting railed. That would drive a normal person into rage. A normal person would keep it in the back burner and not watch it till they had to show it in court.

He's definitely at fault and not excusable, but What I think happen was he started dating her thinking "it's okay, I'm willing to be a father the the kid if she's willing to have kids with me" and whether it was discussed or not, he started getting impatient, maybe he saw or thought that she was putting off having other kids and in his head he thought "OK she lied now that she has one, she doesn't want more and is just stringing me along" and instead of acting like a human about it and breaking up with her, he decided the best course of action was attempt a botched surgery.
What I mean is, you don't get there unless it has been festering for a long long time, so it was a truly dramatic lack of communication and or understanding (again, if they have different goals they should breakup).
Either that or he just went legit mad but I don't know about that one.
I understand the gamer guy very well, and I'm a woman. My own PS4 is very dear to me. I bought it with my 1st salary and kept me sane during hard times. Everytime I came back home from work, I always turn it on even just to watch youtube. The machine is already very old and the fan is noisy but everything is very friendly and warm to me especially when you live alone. I've had it for around 10 years now, I bring it everywhere even after marriage and my husband also knows its importance to me. He doesn't actually really get the sentimental value, but at least being a gamer himself he takes care all the consoles and PCs at home
S2 that's pretty sad. it's not just a "game" for some of us, it's an escape and a time for us to just forget everything and enjoy gaming. The fact that she RUINED 5 years of someone's joy within minutes is really pathetic. I feel sorry for the OP and the fact that he now lost interest in gaming.

I've stopped gaming for years but I still keep the game progress IF one day I want to relive that memory again. I feel so bad for that guy. It's irreplaceable although you can play again, the circumstances is different. He might build up all that hours with friends, the memories and excitement when getting achievements, now it will feel bland. When you already on high level but need to play as rookie with basics, it sucks.

Op is underestimating. It's not hundreds of hours but thousands of hours he probably spend on there. One good game already keeps you engaged for 500 hours over 3 years.
Story 3 the guy is basically a doormat by the fact that he keeps watching that video and isn’t filled with rage. A normal person would sit there and constantly watch their significant other getting railed. That would drive a normal person into rage. A normal person would keep it in the back burner and not watch it till they had to show it in court.
Games take hours to complete! I played fire emblem games when I did play. 100 plus hours for one run through.
Story 3: “put cameras up in the house so he can keep an eye on her.” So she knows he thinks he’s in control and she can go outside the home and cheat worry free. Later that will be brought up when she gaslights him that he’s controlling and doesn’t trust her.
“Delete the video” yeah so he’s has no proof and she can spin it that it’s his fault the marriage failed. So she gets a better alimony child support package after she cheats again and gets full custody, turns friends and family against him etc.
Story #2: Even if the PS4 hadn’t had the sentimental value that it did, her wanting to destroy something just because she saw someone else doing it online is just ridiculously immature and gullible.

If he was already wanting to get a ps5, was he intending on ever playing those games again on it once he got one? No, because as he already said, why would he want to put the time into playing through them again when hes already done it. Many of the games were fully completed, which generally speaking means he wouldnt be going through the trouble of redownloading them on the new system when he got it and was probably done with the game overall. The achievements and whatnot are all still saved to his profile. The only real loss would be of anything he was still in the process of working on and had a good bit of time invested in.

In Story 1: When did OP find the time to date...? She had her son 2 years ago and that's when she put the implant in, right? But... she's not only dating someone else other than the original father, but they are engaged? So at least a year? And even then, she has a newborn that she would probably need to take with her because she literally just gave birth. Like when did they date? Was it before? Why did she break up with her son's father? How come they've never had the baby talk before? When would they have had the baby talk? How much did she really think would change in a year of waiting? She talked like it was years out, but she's 2 years into a 3 year implant and agreed not to do it again? Or how about how his reaction was just randomly over the top? How long have they been dating because I would be surprised with that kind of left field 180 at least.
Okay, and that's all within the first minute of the story, but I am certain this story is 100% fake with her next addition. If she had just left it at "I went to bed" all of it would be believable but she just had to mention her sleeping pills and how they knock her tf out. She was put into a deep sleep... that was immediately interrupted by someone prodding around on her arm. I'm not sure if anyone has taken sleep medication before, but that shit makes you dead to the world and no light prodding is going to wake you up. Okay, so that's fake, but think about it. She has a two year old son and needs sleep medication to get rest, how does that work? What about when he needs to be changed or fed? What about if he just randomly starts crying? I know parents need to get sleep, but something about not being able to react to my 2 year old crying would make me not take them.

I play mostly on Xbox and I have over 100k gamer score so I played a lot of games and have a lot of save files If somehow I lost all my save files I really would not care because most likely if I went back to go play those games I was going to make a new save file in the first place it's really not that deep at the end of the day not only that the fact that OP in the story lost interest in playing game because his PlayStation 4 got destroyed already just tell me he really wasn't into playing games that much
