    Hi attorney! I received an rtw order with nte because I was tagged as an awol for 3 consecutive days, but the thing is I informed my supervisor and manager that I wont be able to report to work I filed a medical leave an I have a medcert as well. What should I do?

    paano po if nag awol pero nagpasa naman immediate resignation pero ayaw tanggapin dahil pinaparender? makakakuha po ba ng coe?

    ako po ay 15 yrs na akong katulong sa isang kamag anak wala po lahat bunos, sss etc, contract ,,,,bigla po akong umalis ng walang paalam may benifits ba akong makuha sa kanya

    sir paano po kung ang isang sundalo nag apply ng resignation pero inabot na ng ilang buwan ayaw apruban ng commander, kaya napilitan na pong nag awol..pano po ba gagawin nia,kasi gusto po nia maayos ang record nia?
