Kaya po nag aawol mga employee kapag nag resign kase nirerequired ng mga employer na pirmahan ang quit claim para makuha ang clearance at final pay kahit na illegal yun sa batas at kapag nag report sila sa Dole e matagal ang hustisya at magastos taps usually corrupt ang mga sa Dole kaya nababayaran at nababasura ng case ng employee yan ang pinaka totoong reason.

Good morning Atty, need lang po ng Legal Wisdom. Regular employee po ako isang construction company as a site engineer, noong na hire ako fresh grad pa and wala pa po akong alam masyado sa mga rights ko. Di po sila agad nagkaltas ng sss, philhealth at pagibig but 4 years muna after, nalaman ko na di pala ako naka report as employee nila at may pinirmahan akong contract na yong position ko as a Site Engineer pero pinagawa sakin yong payroll, asbuilt plans, naging safety officer na din, yon po yong mga nadagdag sa trabaho ko. Ginawa ko po lahat ng trabahong yon at may mga ebedensya po ako at lately ko lang nalaman yong mga rights ko as employee, ano po ang dapat kong gawin? Please help. God Bless.

Pwd po ba ihold ang sahod ng empleyado if nag awol na xa and may naiwang theft case. After a month ng reach out para kunin ung sahod.

Atty: tanong lng poh ako ,nanalo poh ako sa decission ng labor arbeater ,tps nag m r poh yung respondent ,ilang buwan bago malaman kung ano ang decission ng m r nila..?
