    DO IT WITH TIGHTS! When you finish wrapping your hair around each leg, you pull waistband of the tights around it. This covers the style for a super solid hold and minimal frizz while you sleep!

Neglect and abuse have many faces and there's more to raising a child than feeding, clothing, medicating and sending them to school, there's the whole spending time with them, teaching them life skills, not tearing them down over everything and not punishing them for not being unreasonably perfect when they've done what turns out to be top-tier work but can't read minds 😞

      Hey, just a suggestion. I did hair for sixteen years have you ever tried the shimmer lights brand of product or similar. They have a slight violet tinge that cancels unwanted bassinets inblonde and gray hair. It works wonders and they also have products that include thermal care not just for shampoo and conditioner. I prefer to use heatless style cuz they are less damaging but if you ever do use it maybe something like that can help with the color changing

    • @BBMc107
      @BBMc107 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@chessicahullum2896 Thanks. Yes, it cancels brassiness, but it won’t reverse yellow in white hair. It looks platinum, but not white. Heatless styles don’t burn hair. Did you ever uncook a cake?

    anyone with 1/10 of Maryellen's hair volume try this? can't imagine this will work with the little hair I have.
    update: alright, I tried it. I have very thin, very little hair which is a little longer than shoulder length. so I was sceptical. but whaddayaknow, this even works with my hair! and well! sleeping felt weird at first but once I slept it was fine. I was also worried the whole thing might come loose during the night, bu no. it held tight. getting the bandanas out of my hair was tricky for a second. on one side my hair got tangled in pretty bad and I already saw myself with scissors. but in the end everything worked out fine.
    thanks a lot for this tip Maryellen! :-D

    This is the best no heat curl method I have tried. I sleep with it every night this way. When I take it out in the morning I comb it out with a pick or large tooth comb and then put some anti frizz product on it to tame it back down( because I combed it and my hair tends to frizz anyway). Then I spritz a bit of flexible hold hair spray and it stays all day. I get so many compliments on my hair. I have some natural wave but it never looks uniform so this makes it look so much better. It works the best!

Easy and little effort and time needed, no hair products needed, no heat or difficult or expensive tools needed, can be done on dry or wet hair, you can sleep with it but don't have to and it looks really good and natural. And you can also adjust the size and tightness of the curls. I haven't tried it yet (since I just saw this video a few minutes ago) but I am going to try this soon. Hello I'm Emma and I'm kind of new to your channel! I was looking for heatless curls because I was ruining my hair by curling everyday. I am so happy with the results! I'm wearing it right now in my hair and Sunday night I am going to do this hairstyle for school in the morning! I also recommend doing it over night only because the curls stayed in longer. Also, before, I did it with my hair wet, and the next morning I took it out and it didn't stay in because my hair was still damp so I suggest doing it with dry hair. Thank you so much for this video! Your accent is so soothing! SUBED!

    THANK YOU! I have been having trouble curling my hair with no heat since last summer I used to put my hair in a braided bun and sleep with it. Since my hair has gotten longer since then, its been a struggle. And since my graduation and prom is coming up, this really really helps me know how to style my hair!

    We have similar hair..down to the 2A and the positioning of the cow's lick! I have additional crowns on both sides at the back, just for added entertainment. I used to ALWAYS part my hair on the cow's lick, but as I have gotten older, that part has started receeding, SO, to cut a loong story short, mix up your part to avoid that situation. Your curls look great! Thanks for sharing.

    I've been no poo for over 3 years now. I use either all natural lye soap to wash my hair or shampoo bars or ayurvedic Indian powdered herbs. I haven't tried chickpea flour yet but there's a package sitting in my cupboard just waiting for me to get around to it, it's been there about maybe 4 or 5 months haha. I'm going to check out your no-poo videos now. :)

    Hi! Have you ever tried the curly girl method? It seems like your hair is kinda fizzy (not the straightest hair i’ve ever seen) and i know from my personal experience, that maybe means you hair is wavy/curly. But maybe it was because you brushed it after you curled it. You have beautiful hair btw, and this method is really cool, I will definitely try this once. 😊😍

    I have watched heaps of these and I already knew a few heat loss girl techniques already. I've been around a few years you see. I'm 46 no 47 years old I forget don't feel it though and luckily for me don't look at but I've use heatless curling methods all my life because I discovered them before I discovered heating my hair and I have always known that heatless on slightly damp hair with a bit of nutritious oil on your hair lasts until the next hair wash. Which is a long time and looks great looks better than heated hair and keeps your hair looking and feeling fantastic and healthy it's amazing how many people don't know about heatless curls methods and spend their lives buying heated hair products which I gotta admit I have to but they're pretty much useless compared to heat loss with socks scarves paper towels serviettes bandanas tied together you know anything that stretches around your head is a brilliant option. So I'm going to have another look at your video and see if you have any more options that I've never seen before. Nice one.

    I tried similar method but i used head band instead of scarf/bandana. This one looks way easier tho, brb ordering some scarfs. It works well even on my asian thin straight hair. Although i need to let it sit longer (i usually keep it overnight) and the curls last about 3-4 hours in south east asian unforgiving heat and humidity. Not bad at all considering i didn't use any products and my hair is naturally greasy so it'd weigh down the curls. Plus side for me: after the curls wear off, my hair doesn't immediately turn into lifeless straight strands, it leaves some kind of volume to my hair which i luv
