Yep…. Common in newer planned developments to see the AC condenser in the back corner of the house because of the set backs on the lots there’s not enough room to put them on the side. For more space No HOA is the way to go or some of the neighborhoods that were developed before the 2000’s have more space

The houses are too close together for me. If a fire jump out at one house it will hit other houses ASAP! I don’t wanna be there close to my neighbors.
