I've seen another video tour of a house with an in-law suite. The realtor suggested using it as a short-term rental. The Rep told them thats not allowed. I'm not sure how it works in that community, but I'm guessing its similar and probably the reason they removed the exterior door.

Cash for sure. Just want a small small morgage for taxes and insurance included. If Florida does this.
DR Horton builds nice houses. I've toured them. But only on small 10000sqft lots. They won't build on your lot either. They don't make mods of the floor plan.

@@RenzoM4 curious to see the different floor plans DR Horton have to offer with prices points. I am in the discovery mode - not ready to buy, but looking at all my options. Seems that buying in Ocala you get more house for buck$$ as compared to Lakewood Ranch and others.
If you put down 225k cash down for the home and finance the rest how much will I pay monthly for 15yrs / 30yrs
I pay 2300 mortgage without taxes and insurance I put down 180k my house was 540k this was 2 years ago in the dip now my area over 800k ...my taxes are around 7k and insurance around 3k hope this helps I'm in Miami

I sold my condo in 44 days, bought a 1/4 acre 3/2 1 car in Central Florida and had money left over to upgrade my new home. No HOA, low taxes, low traffic, and peace of mind

Please too much talking during the videos. Just the spec’s and price. Way too much talking in each room of the houses. Makes it hard to continue watching your videos. We love you but we don’t need the obvious pointed out in every room.
