I've seen another video tour of a house with an in-law suite. The realtor suggested using it as a short-term rental. The Rep told them thats not allowed. I'm not sure how it works in that community, but I'm guessing its similar and probably the reason they removed the exterior door.

DR Horton builds nice houses. I've toured them. But only on small 10000sqft lots. They won't build on your lot either. They don't make mods of the floor plan.

I pay 2300 mortgage without taxes and insurance I put down 180k my house was 540k this was 2 years ago in the dip now my area over 800k ...my taxes are around 7k and insurance around 3k hope this helps I'm in Miami
