It depends on the lot. Most of DR Horton lots I have seen are septic and city water. Very few sidewalks. There has to be storm drains . Not in a flood zone.
Victor, I would strongly caution you against purchasing a DRH built home. The express line of homes is well documented to use below industry standard materials, especially the 3 tab roofing shingles. I have a similar model in Myrtle Beach and have to replace my roof out of pocket on an 8 year old home. There is clear negligence in the installation but DRH will not accept any ownership of their work.
