Hello, Kaleb!! These homes are JAW DROPPING!!Very Spacious and Really Beautiful!! Love the Backyard And The Interior is just pretty!! These new construction homes are all the rave!! You really brought these on home!! Thank You!!❤😊
Hey Kaleb. New construction model homes. Like the elevation. Hi fiancé Mabel. Wide entry & open concept. Office. Covered lanai and lovely pool. Spacious primary, closet & ensuite. Unique tile. Another bedroom & bathroom and lovely laundry room. Huge loft. Agreed. Big guest bedrooms. Beautiful bathroom. Glad the final bedroom has an en-suite. 2nd home front view deceivingly small. Look at that stretch back hallway. Beautiful. Me too. Never cared for wallpaper but it looks great. Good size front bedrooms and bathroom. Laundry. 1/2 bath. Bedroom and en-suite. Lovely. There should never be 3 bedrooms to 1 bath. Beautiful open concept. Big primary. Cozy en-suite. Covered lanai. Nice pool. 2 lovely homes. Oh eats today. A whole tractor 😂. Wow. Oversized portions indeed. You have breakfast for tomorrow 😋. Thanks for sharing 🤗
Hi Cydney. Thanks for watching. Mabel says hi! 👋 I’m glad you enjoyed this episode. I would definitely buy one of these for myself. Love these models and the builder is excellent. Thanks for your support as always. Have a great week. 🙂
Am I missing something? This is the second community toll brothers is building in Apopka, the other one in Kelly park. I was always told Apopka is a little on the high crime side, has it changed? It must be if even toll brothers is building over there
Builders don’t care about you’re safety they care about profit, and with hyper inflation and increase building cost, the reason you are seeing them build in areas like Apopka is because of cheap land with high profit turn around on each house they sell. This neighborhood is probably zoned for Apopka high school lol I wouldn’t let my kids with in 2 miles of that school not to mention you are right next door to pine hills. I’m not saying Apopka is crazy dangerous but it sure isn’t somewhere I wouldn’t feel safe owning a $600k-$1M house when one bad turn on the wrong street could be bad. Also remember location is the most important part when it comes to real estate. Sure these same houses might cost you a big more in other areas but it’s for a reason, Most people who buy these houses will probably be people not familiar with the area wanting a toll brother/luxuary house like these without spending over $1M. Be careful and remember this guy is a real estate agent, no point in asking him as by law he isn’t allowed to talk about crime and school safety. Just do your own research
Thank you for watching. Yes they are beautiful homes. Hey, if you set goals, and work for them, you can achieve. Call me if you need help. I would be happy to be your realtor. 😉
Hey Kaleb thanks for another beautiful show. Toll Brothers = Quality that's the way to describe it. Love all properties & great job on the video. ...( Mike Mukeba)
Hello you two, look so cute together.question in the falcon model is the outdoor kitchen included. And what kind of taxes comwith it??? Beautiful show love the food and the portions. Enjoy it very much
Hello Patricia. Thanks for your comment! The outdoor kitchen is an upgrade. Taxes could be close to $9K a year. Let us know if you have additional questions. Thanks for watching. We are happy to know you enjoyed it. 🙂
Nice job with the videos you guys beautiful unique homes the wall are nice cause they are expensive looking the wall paper, wow the food looks good, your mamacita looks so happy thanks for videos
Thank you! I was actually surprised that homes that big could be at that price in Apopka. You move them to Lake Nona and they are over a Million. Thanks for watching.
Well, good for you, I guess. You enjoy eateries in Florida that are way beyond our lifestyle in Oregon. Drat! I would like to pluck those homes right out of the swampland and plop them on the Oregon coast; or, in the Willamette Valley; or, in the mountains; or, in the eastern high desert. Thanks for the great videos….enjoy them all! Be safe, healthy, and prosperous 🤘🏻!
Florida is waiting for you! 🙂 whenever you are ready. Thanks for sharing that. It’s good to have feedback from different areas in the world. Perspective changes. Have a great weekend. Thanks for watching.
We just under contract to build the Falcon model. Toll Brothers partners with a pool contractor and you work with them to design and build the pool. Construction of the pool happens at the same time as the house which is nice so that your backyard doesn't have to be a construction zone after you move in. We are still waiting for our pool estimate, but it seems the pools are around $200k. But that highly depends on the design, size and the pool features (waterfalls, etc).
@@johnz7620 Kaleb says that the starting price for the Falcon is $686k. If that is true, then our lot premium was just over $150k. Though we have a really large lot, one of the largest in the development (16,000 sqf). That lot premium may not be accurate though, as maybe the base price for ours was higher. They don't break out the lot premium separate in our paperwork. All pricing they shared with us was always combined.
We love our Toll Brothers house here in Colorado. The houses are very close together here in Colorado and in Florida, but that is the case with all new build communities these days. We were lucky and got one of the wedge shaped lots there at Bronson Peak, which add so much more space between the houses. There aren't very many of those lots available though.
What is the closest airport to that community? How far is the airport from that community? Whats the name of that town/ community? Any HOA or CDD? Did you say the home was over 600k price or did you say 350k, or did you show two different houses?
Maybe around 35 mins to the airport. This are both HOA and CDD. The starting price doesn't include the lot cost. Lots vary in cost based on location and size. Also the cost doesn't include structural or design upgrades either. It all can add up quick. One thing to note about Toll Brothers model homes is that they add stuff that aren't options that you can have if you build with them. So it can be a bit deceiving. GREAT homes that Toll Brothers build. Our current home is a Toll Brothers house in Colorado. We are excited to build with them again.
We are currently building the Falcon model in Bronson Peak and we have gotten a pool estimate. It is just over $200k. Our lot does slope down which is a factor in price. Could be cheaper on a flatter lot. Also depends on size of the pool and features.

@@juancano600 I’m not buying I just like looking at houses lol, was just asking since Iv seen a lot of building happening over there

Beautiful homes for sure! Still waiting for a builder to build a small home community, 1000 sq ft or less will do
Great houses with everything. Expensive but very nicely done

What do you guys think about the pantry size in the Falcon?
Hey Greg! I thought it was medium size! Not bad at all! Thank you for watching!

Thank you Noreen! 🙂🙏🏽
Love the bathroom tile!
Thank you for watching! 🙂
I love pools and restaurants
Enjoy! 🙂 Thanks for watching.
@@KalebShawI will you’re welcome
Those homes are packed way too close to eachother. They are way too expensive, and HOA is an absolute NO.
And it’s by south Apopka, not a good area at all
do you need flood insurance for this area?
Beautiful homes!
Thank you! 😊
@@KalebShaw you're welcome!
Lovely homes… does the price include the pools ?
Hey Sandy! No, the pool is a separate cost. Feel free to email me for more information. Kalebshawhomes@gmail.com
Breakfast looked awesome.
It was Paul!
How good the neighborhood is? Any good schools, restaurants etc?
Email me at kalebshawhomes@gmail.com if you want more information. I will be happy to assist. 🙂
Love the wallpaper
Me too! 🙂
I'm surprised that homes in Florida are so cheap. In Germany I would need to spend 3x the amount for the properties shown here. I'm jealous :)

How much does it cost to get the pool added through the builder?
