Regardless of what the market conditions are- if I plan on holding a property for 5+ years I mainly focus on buying in a growing city, like Ocala, Fl. also the buyer does not pay the realtor commission, only the seller! It is free to be represented in the purchase of a home!

Do you know if there are stupid rules in Florida which force landlords to accept section 8, etc.? You already know I consider Slow-cala to be exactly where I want to be. If practical I could buy this now, and put tenants in to hold it. My great fear is Florida is or is about to become a landlord's nightmare. I do evictions in Seattle and the Commies have me telling clients to never invest here. Do you know of anywhere to look to find out what is going on in FL?

They offered great rent! But it was a no for me. Florida and Texas are the 2 best states to invest in at the moment!
