These homes aren’t built with a battery system. They have a two way meter so the extra energy generated gets sold back to the power company. This home was not in a flood zone but it’s something that needs to be verified with each home to know what the flood classification is with FEMA. Right now these homes range from about $360k $390k in the Palm Bay area where this one is located.
Brite does build in Ocala as well. Reach out and we’ll get you the info on available floor plans and pricing in Ocala. 📱321-872-8087 or 📧 RealLocalFL@gmail.com
The only issue with well water is your costs for water treatment. You have issues like bacteria, iron, sulfur, and calcium. There is no guarantee you can drill a well that doesn’t have any or all of these items so city water could possible be cheaper.
You’re 100% on point with this which is why well systems require the water treatment system to make sure the water is safe to drink and improve the quality
Brite Homes currently doesn’t require using a preferred lender to get their $10k incentive. I’ve seen other builders offer lower interest rates on 30 year fixed rate loans. Between 4.74% - 5.5% and all closing costs paid. Others are offering flex cash. It really varies based on builder and location. If you have any more questions just reach out 321-872-8087 or RealLocalFL@gmail.com
It is. We hope it gets better sooner rather than later. New construction helps because things are built to the latest code , so insurance isn’t horrible
The net zero concept is to keep the cost to operate the home at $0. It’s going to vary based on the household whether it’s truly $0, they get a credit from the power company or they still have a small power bill. Hey Joey. Nice showing. You just forgot to show what was behing the first door on the left and better showing of the yard space. I am looking to move to Florida soon and have been following your videos.
My bad…. That first door was a coat closet. Thanks for the feedback on the yard space. We’ll be more intentional about including that. We have to put the filter back on the lens when we go outside otherwise to blows out the exposure on the picture. If u have any questions just reach out. You can text or email we’d love to help with the move. 321-872-8087 or RealLocalFL@gmail.com. ~ Joey
@@reallocalfl thank you. Yes, you mentioned it in the video if anyone could guess the color. On my walls Agreeable Gray looks like mud lol. So many factors affect paint color.
I’m waiting for the crash FL houses are just freaking over price plus Home insurance madness. Hope they go down on price and builders start to get crazy.
You’ll be waiting for a while if your trying to compare Floridas market. Insurance is an issue but a lot of clients mitigate it with newer construction. The builder incentives are pretty compelling

I love that in the second bathroom they actually use the separate tub and tile surround. Looks so much better to me.
How much is the home and how many batteries with the solar panel?
And most important is it a flood zone?

Are Brite Homes specifically in Florida? I was wondering if they also build homes in Texas.
I believe Brite only builds here in FL
What are some of the builder incentives or preferred lender incentives? Thx

I’m surprised there are still some new homes that have no HoAs. That’s awesome.

Nice looking house.
I would love to know the interior paint color!
We’ve got a connection at Sherwin Williams. The color is Agreeable Gray. We’ve actually had that conversation about the paint color many times lol.

Lovely home! It would not be too hard to add a nice door to the bonus room.
Totally agree!
